چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Normal 0 false false false EN-US X-NONE AR-SA MicrosoftInternetExplorer4 Introduction: Patients admission to emergency centers involves about 78 percent of total patients referred to hospitals. Since minutes and even seconds after admission are very important, the quality of services must be directed. By evaluation of satisfaction of patients and verifying those variables cause dissatisfaction and trying to correct these variables, patients satisfaction will improve and finally, physical and psychological recovery will be accelerated. Methods: This research was a cross-sectional qualitative study carried out in selected hospitals in Isfahan in 2000. The research sample consisted of 50 patients based on convenience sampling method. Research questionnaires were completed by participants. Results: Most of the participants were males married between 20-40 years of age. The highest number of the patients included those with head trauma (%38) who came to hospitals by themselves. Mean score of satisfaction for nursing services was 139/28 and for medical services was l34/71. Conclusion: Although the satisfaction level of nursing services was greater than that in medical services, no significant difference was observed.
