عنوان فارسی بررسی عوامل مرتبط با الگوهای ارتباطی زوجین ایرانی: مطالعه مروری مفهومی
چکیده فارسی مقاله سابقه و هدف: توجه به نوع الگوی ارتباطی زوجین در حل تعارضات زناشویی از اهمیت زیادی برخوردار است. این الگوها شامل سه الگوی ارتباط سازنده متقابل، الگوی ارتباط اجتنابی متقابل و الگوی توقع/کناره‌گیر می‌باشند. این مطالعه با هدف مطالعه مروری بر عوامل مرتبط با الگوهای ارتباطی زوجین ایرانی انجام شد. مواد و روش‌ها: این مطالعه از نوع مروری مفهومی است. مطالعه در پنج مرحله انجام شده است که عبارتند از: 1- طراحی سوال تحقیق،‌ 2- جستجو و استخراج مطالعات وابسته به تحقیق، 3- انتخاب مطالعات مرتبط،‌ 4- جدول‌‌بندی و خلاصه کردن اطلاعات و داده‌ها و 5- گزارش نتایج آن. یافته‌ها: در این مطالعه مروری از میان 130 مطالعه، از 18 مقاله استفاده شد. عوامل تأثیر گذار بر الگوهای ارتباطی زوجین، در 4 طبقه قرار گرفت که شامل 1- سلامت معنوی و معنویت گرایی، 2- رضایتمندی زناشویی و رضایت جنسی، 3- سازگاری زناشویی، 4- سبک‌های عشق ورزی می‌باشد. استنتاج: نتایج نشان داد عواملی همچون سلامت معنوی و معنویت گرایی، رضایت مندی زناشویی و رضایت جنسی، سازگاری زناشویی و سبک های عشق ورزی بر الگوهای ارتباطی زوجین تاثیرگذار است. پیشنهاد می‌شود درمانگران در ارائه راهکارهای ارتقادهنده الگوهای ارتباطی زوجین، جهت ایجاد ارتباط مؤثرتر و کارآمدتر به این عوامل توجه بیش‌تری مبذول نمایند.

عنوان انگلیسی Factors Associated with Iranian Couple's Communication Patterns: A Scoping Review
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Background and purpose: Couples' communication patterns is of great importance in resolving marital conflicts. These patterns include mutual constructive communication, mutual avoidance communication, and demand-withdrawal communication. The present study aimed at investigating the factors associated with Iranian couples' communication patterns. Materials and methods: A scoping review was performed at five stages; 1-designing the research question 2- searching and extracting research studies 3- selecting relevant studies 4- organizing and summarizing the information, 5. reporting the results. Results: In this scoping review, 18 articles were selected from 130 studies. The factors affecting couples' communication patterns were classified into four categories: 1- spiritual well-being and spirituality, 2- marital and sexual satisfaction, 3- marital compatibility, and 4- love styles. Conclusion: Some factors, including spiritual well-being and spirituality, marital satisfaction and sexual satisfaction, marital compatibility, and love styles were found to affect couples' communication patterns. Seemingly providing ways to enhance couples' communication patterns towards a mutual constructive pattern is necessary to prevent marital problems and conflicts, and experiencing effective and efficient relationships.
