عنوان فارسی جایگاه فضای کسب و کار با ثبات در توسعه صادرات پایدار ؛ براساس مطالعه صادرکنندگان ایرانی
چکیده فارسی مقاله توسعه صادرات پایدار از زیرساخ تهای مهم و اثرگذار توسعه اقتصادی بوده و نقش غیرقابل انکاری در زمینه توسعه تولید، سرمای هگذاری، اشتغال و در نهایت رفاه اجتماعی بر جای م یگذارد. از طرفی در دنیای متلاطم و رقابتی امروز، بنگا ههای صادرکننده برای موفقیت در بازارهای جهانی باید در نبردهای رقابتی بزرگ، قدرت مانور داشته باشند. سیاستگذاران و نهادهای حمایتی حوزه صادرات م یتوانند با انتخاب راهبر دهای مناسب در زمینه ایجاد شرایط مساعد برای صادرکنندگان، نقش بسیار مهمی در جهت گسترش بازارهای صادراتی و ارتقای عملکرد صادراتی ایفا کنند. هدف اصلی این پژوهش بررسی جایگاه فضای کس بوکار باثبات در توسعه صادرات پایدار است. ابتدا با مطالعات کتابخان های استانداردهای محیط فضای کس بوکار پایدار تبیین شده و با استفاده از روش پژوهش توصیفی در شرک تهای صادرکننده شش استان بزرگ کشور، شاخ صهای ایجاد یک فضای کس بوکار پایدار آزمون و پس از اولوی تبندی شاخ صها، مه مترین چال شهای صادرات کشور از دیدگاه صادرکنندگان مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. بر مبنای یافت ههای پژوهش مه مترین معیارهای دستیابی به یک فضای کس بوکار مطمئن عبارتند از: ثبات در قوانین و مقررات، حذف بوروکراس یهای زائد اداری، تعیین متولی واقعی صادرات و تولید کشور، کاهش نهادهای موازی و با وظایف متداخل، حضور مداوم نمایندگان بخش خصوصی و صادرات در مجامع بزرگ تصمی مگیری این حوزه. نتایج همچنین نشان م یدهد، مه مترین چال شهای حوزه تولید و صادرات در ایران عبارت از عدم تامین مالی مناسب و ب هموقع، بالا بودن نرخ تسهیلات و وثایق درخواستی بان کها، وجود استرس در فضای برنام هریزی تولید و صادرات کشور، مشکلات گمرکی، مشکلات حوزه تامین مواد اولیه، نوسانات نرخ ارز و مشو قهای صادراتی هستند.

چکیده انگلیسی مقاله It’s so difficult and full of complexities for the exporters to enter into foreign markets due to the currently unpleasant condition of world’s economy. For sure many challenges are waiting for them if they decide to do so. Some of the challenges threatening today’s international business market are as follows: the West’s economical crisis, severe competition in the field of business, the existing risks in some developing markets, limitations of financial resources, providing raw material, wide changes occurring in the interests of markets, management of costs and many others. Certainly a main indicator representing each country’s economic growth, especially in today’s world market, is stable export. One of the first steps towards this end, i.e. stable export, is to identify the factors effective on export. The main objective of the present study is to introduce a model to investigate and prioritize the factors effective on the development of stable export and to test this variable in the export firms of Tehran province. To this end, 300 export firms were selected from Tehran province as the statistical sample of the study and the data were gathered using questionnaire and interview and then were analyzed using SPSS software. The research findings show that the most important inner firm factors effective on the export performance of Iranian firms are: firm’s financial capacities, managerial characteristics, and structural features. The findings also indicate that among these factors financial capacities and managerial features have the highest effectiveness on the development of export.
