عنوان فارسی مفهوم سازی شبکه ملی مؤسسات پژوهشی (مطالعه موردی: پژوهش های برنامه‌ریزی و توسعه کشور)
چکیده فارسی مقاله استفاده از ایده شبکه‌سازی، می‌تواند ضمن رفع مشکلات حاضر به برانگیختن تواناییهای بالقوه موجود در دستگاهها در زمینه پژوهش کمک کند. نظر به اهمیت این موضوع و عدم تناسب الگوی شبکه های سازمان های تجاری، نیاز به طراحی یک شبکه ارتباطی هماهنگ کننده در زمینه پژوهش‌های دستگاه‌های اجرایی کشور به شدت احساس می گردد. لذا در این پژوهش به امکان سنجی و مفهوم سازی شبکه پژوهش های برنامه ریزی و توسعه کشور پرداخته شده است که جامعه آماری مورد بررسی شامل 33 پژوهشکده ‌و موسسه دولتی فعال در این زمینه بودو از پرسشنامه به عنوان ابزار پژوهش استفاده شد. در مفهوم سازی شبکه نیز از روش تطبیقی بین ویژگیهای نظریه شبکه با شبکه پژوهشکده ها استفاده شد. نتایج‌ حاصل‌ از بررسیها وامکان سنجی صورت‌ گرفته‌ درمطالعه‌ حاضر، حاکی ازآن بود که‌ در بعد ساختاری‌ ومدیریتی، بایستی مدل جدیدی‌ برای‌ اداره پژوهشهای برنامه ریزی وتوسعه کشور تعریف‌ گردد. بنابراین ایجاد یک شبکه همکاری بین سازمانی تحت‌ عنوان‌ "شبکه‌ ملی‌ مؤسسات ومراکز پژوهشی برنامه ریزی وتوسعه"پیشنهادشد وبا استفاده از نرم افزارتحلیل شبکه اجتماعی (UCINET)مفهوم سازی وسپس پیش نیازها وتمهیدات مورد نیاز برای استقرار شبکه پیشنهادی در قالب اساسنامه ویژه ای توصیف وتبیین گردید.

عنوان انگلیسی Conceptualizing National Network of Research Institutes (Case Study: The Country’s Planning and Development Researches)
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Networking can help invoke research potentials existing in organizations, while it resolves the current related problems. Considering the significance of this issue and the improper network pattern of business organizations, a need to design a coordinative communication network for the researches performed in the country’s executive agencies was strongly felt. Thus, this study investigated the feasibility and conceptualization of planning and development researches network. The statistical population included 33 governmental research institutes and agencies working in this field and a questionnaire was used as the instrument to collect the required data. To conceptualize a network, a comparative method between the features of network theory and research institutes’ network was applied. The results achieved by the feasibility study and other studies conducted in this research indicate that a new model should be developed in the structural and managerial domains in order to reorganize the country’s planning and development researches. Therefore, it was suggested that an inter-organizational cooperation network called “National Network of Planning and Development Research Institutes and Centers (UCINET)” be established. Following that, by applying the software for analyzing social networks, UCINET was conceptualized and then, the prerequisites and arrangements for the establishment of the suggested network were explained in the framework of particular instructions.
