عنوان فارسی شناخت امنیت اجتماعی و زمینه های اجتماعی مؤثر بر ارتقاء آن از دید اعضای هیئت علمی دانشگاه
چکیده فارسی مقاله شناخت رفتارها و زمینه هایی که به افزایش یا کاهش امنیت در سطح "اجتماع" منجر می گردد، ضرورتی انکار ناپذیر در راستای تأمین امنیت اجتماعی در جامعه است. از این رو، در تحقیق حاضر سعی شده است از طریق مستندسازی «تجربیات» و «دانش نظری» اعضای هیئت علمی دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی واحد تهران شمال به عنوان جامعه آماری تحقیق و به کارگیری روش «نظریه مبنایی»، ضمن شناخت معنا و مفهوم «امنیت اجتماعی»، نسبت به شناسایی و استخراج زمینه های اجتماعی مؤثر بر ارتقاء آن در جامعه مبادرت شود. روش نمونه گیری در این تحقیق به صورت هدفمند و به شیوه گلوله برفی بوده و جمع آوری اطلاعات نیز از طریق انجام مصاحبه با افراد جامعه نمونه صورت پذیرفت. پس از انجام مصاحبه، نسبت به انجام کدگذاری سه مرحله ای بر روی نکات مهم مستخرج از متن مصاحبه ها اقدام و درنهایت با تعیین مقوله ها و شاخص ها، الگوی ساختاری گفتمان «امنیت اجتماعی» با تکیه بر زمینه های اجتماعی مؤثر بر ارتقاء آن، احصاء گردید. نتایج تحقیق نشان داد امنیت اجتماعی یک مفهوم عام است به این معنی که هر فرد  در جامعه خود، باید بتواند یک ذهنیت آرام نسبت به برخورداری از امکاناتی ازقبیل تأمین شغل، امکان تحصیل، مسکن، رفت و آمد در شهر و... داشته باشد. همچنین «زمینه های اجتماعی» مؤثر بر افزایش و ارتقاء «امنیت اجتماعی» در جامعه، درقالب چهاردسته کلی امنیت در معنای رفاه و بهزیستی، فقدان جرم و جنایت، حفظ هویت و اعتماد و سرمایه اجتماعی، تقسیم بندی شدند. برخی از این زمینه های اجتماعی عبارتند از: صیانت از هویت ایرانی؛ تحکیم بنیان نهاد خانواده؛ ارتقاء سطح مشارکت مردم؛ ترویج قانون مداری در جامعه؛ حفظ و تقویت هنجارهای اجتماعی؛ استفاده از ظرفیت سازمان های مردم نهاد در مدیریت بحران های اجتماعی؛ کنترل آسیب های اجتماعی در جهت پیشگیری از بروز تهدید علیه امنیت اجتماعی؛ فرهنگ سازی و گسترش رویکردهای ایجابی به جای رویکردهای قهری و سلبی در جامعه و...

چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Knowing the behaviors and areas that increase or decrease security at the "community" level isan irrefutable necessity for securing social security in society. Therefore, the present study attempts to document the "experiences" and "theoretical knowledge" of faculty members of the Islamic Azad University of North Tehran branch as a statistical society of research and application of the "Grounded Theory" method, while recognizing the meaning of "Social Security", to identify and extract the social context that influences its promotion in society.The method of sampling in this research was purposeful and in a snowball method anddata collection was carried out through interviewing with the sample population.After conducting the interview, he proceeded to perform three-step coding on important points extracted from the text of the interviews and, finally, by defining the categories and indicators, the structural pattern of the discourse of "Social Security", relying on the socially effective areas to promote it, It turned out. The results of the research showed that social security is ageneral concept, meaning that every person in his community must be able to have a quiet mindset about the availability of facilities such as providing employment, studying, housing, traveling in the city and etc.Also, "social contexts" affecting the increase and promotion of "Social Security" in society,were divided into four broad categories of security in terms of welfare and well-being, lack of crime, identity and trust, and social capital. Some of these social areas include: Safeguarding Iranian identity; Consolidating the foundation of the family; Enhancing the level of people's participation; Promoting community law; Preserving and strengthening social norms; Using the capacity of NGOs in managing social crises; Controlling social harm in preventing the emergence of threats against social security; Promoting culture and promoting positive approaches rather than violent and non-violent attitudes in society; and etc.
