عنوان فارسی کاربرد سایبرنتیک در سازمانهای اجتماعی
چکیده فارسی مقاله نظریه سایبرنتیک به طور گسترده ای در الکترونیک، ارتباطات، سازمانهای خودکار، روانشناسی و . . . مورد بهره برداری قرار گرفته، اما در زمینه سازمانهای اجتماعی مطالب قابل توجهی تاکنون عنوان نشده است، هر چند باید قبول کرد دانشمندانی مانند "کنت بولدینک" عالم اقتصاد، "آرنولوتاسیسن" مهندس برق، "کارل داچ"، "کدوالدر" "مارگومارویاما" در فرایند سیاستگذاری مطالبی نوشته و کاربرد سایبرنتیک را به طور اختصار در زمینه های فوق مورد بررسی و تجزیه و تحلیل قرار داده اند، اما تاکنون با قاطعیت در سازمانهای اجتماعی از این نظریه که کمک زیادی به علوم جدید، مانند فیزیک ریاضی (فیزیک و شیمی کوانتا) شیمی فیزیک، فیزیک زیستی یا زیست فیزیک نموده است، بهره نگرفته اند، در این مقاله سعی بر این است که ببینیم چگونه می توان در سازمانهای اجتماعی از این نظریه بهره گرفت.

چکیده انگلیسی مقاله As a new science, cybernetcs was introduced by Norbert Weiner in 1940. More appropriately stated, it is a new science which deals with an old subject-matter, that is, the study of the science of communication and control in machinesand animals. The purpose of this article is to demonstrate how this theory can be utilized in social organizations. Communication is the most vital component of any organization, because it makes the group of people think, see, and act collectively. But is understood from its definition, cybernetics applies communication theory in order to control the action and reaction between machines and animals. When communication in mechanical sysrems is of concern, it is quite possible to plan, predict, and establish them if there is no illogical procedure employed. However, the type of communication which makes the basis of secial organizations is of great complexity because man's behavior neither gives way to prediction nor can it be established, although advanced plans are available in this respect.
