عنوان فارسی ارائه مدل گرایش به مصرف مواد بر اساس ادراک تعارض بین والدین و نقش میانجی مشکلات هیجانی-رفتاری
چکیده فارسی مقاله هدف: پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی تأثیر نقش میانجی مشکلات هیجانی-رفتاری در رابطه با ادراک تعارض بین والدین و گرایش به مصرف مواد انجام شد. روش: روش پژوهش حاضر، توصیفی-همبستگی و از نوع مدل­یابی معادلات ساختاری است و جامعه آماری در این پژوهش، کلیه دانش­آموزان مقطع متوسطه شهرستان قدس استان تهران است که با استفاده از روش نمونه­گیری تصادفی چندمرحله‌ای،600 نفر از آن­ها انتخاب شدند. در پژوهش حاضر ملاک‌های ورود داشتن سن 13-17 سال و تحصیل در یکی از مقاطع متوسطه دوره اول یا دوره دوم متوسط و ملاک­های خروج طلاق والدین و فوت پدر یا مادر در نظر گرفته شد ابزار پژوهش، سیاهه رفتاری ایشنباخ، مقیاس ادراک تعارض بین والدین و مقیاس گرایش به مصرف مواد بود. یافته ها: نتایج تحلیل مدل­یابی معادلات ساختاری نشان داد که مدل نظری پژوهش که متغیر مشکلات هیجانی-رفتاری به عنوان متغیر میانجی در رابطه با تعارضات بین والدین و گرایش به مصرف مواد وارد مدل شده بود، دارای شاخص­های برازش مناسبی با داده­ها بود (71/2df=/d2χS-B، 98/0CFI=، 94/0GFI=، 049/0RMSEA=). همچنین در این مدل مسیر غیرمستقیم تعارضات بین والدین به گرایش به مصرف مواد با میانجی مشکلات هیجانی-رفتاری معنادار (14/9t-value=، 42/0β=) و مسیر مستقیم تعارضات بین والدین به سمت گرایش به مصرف مواد معنادار به دست نیامد؛ بنابراین می­توان گفت که میانجی به صورت نسبی معنادار است. نتیجه گیری: یافته­های به دست آمده از پژوهش در امر پیشگیری از گرایش به مصرف مواد در مدارس و نهادهای مرتبطمیتواند مثمر ثمر باشد، از طرفی میتوان در هنگام تنظیم مداخلات درمانی و فرموله بندی درمانی، تعارضات خانواده و مشکلات هیجانی و رفتاری به عنوان عامل خطر در نظر گرفته شود و در مصاحبه‌های بالینی مورد استفاده قرار گیرد.

عنوان انگلیسی Presentations Model of attitude to drug use based on the perception of an inter-parental conflict and the mediating role of emotional-behavioral problems
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Aim: The aim of this study was investigate the role of mediator emotional-behavioral problems in relation to the perception of inter-parental conflict and attitude to drug use. Method: The study is description and Structural Equation Modeling; the population of the study is  All high school students of Qods town located in Tehran Province. Sample size is 600 students selected by multistage random sampling. The data were gathered through, perception of inter-parental conflict scale, Youth Self Report Inventory and attitude to drug use scale. In the present study, the criteria for entering the age of 13-17 years and studying in one of the secondary schools of the first or second moderate period and the criteria for the withdrawal of parents' divorce and the death of the father or mother was considered. Results: The results of structural equation modeling analysis showed the theoretical model of emotional-behavioral problems as a mediator variable in relation to inter-parental conflict and substance abuse from the model was a good fit indices with the data (df/d2χS-B= 2/71, CFI= 0/98 ،GFI=0/94, RMSEA= ،0/049). Also In this model Indirect path between of inter-parental conflict to tend to substance abuse With mediator emotional-behavioral problems significant (t-value= 9/14,β= 0/42) and direct path to conflict between parents tend to use substances not significant Obtained; So it can be said that mediation is a relatively significant. The results obtained from research on trends in drug prevention in schools and related institutions could be fruitful. However, it can be formulated when setting the treatment and therapy, family conflicts and emotional and behavioral problems as a risk factor to be considered and used in clinical interviews.
