عنوان فارسی کاربرد الگوهای توسعۀ پایدار در بازآفرینی منظر شهری (نمونۀ موردی: شهر ایوان)
چکیده فارسی مقاله شهرها به عنوان مهمترین جوامع زیستی قرن حاضر، از جنبه‌های محیطی و اکولوژیکی در کنار جنبه‌های اجتماعی، سیاسی و اقتصادی و بهبود کیفیت منظر، بیش از گذشته نیاز به توجه دارند؛ همچنین شهر، یکی از مهمترین پدیده‌های فرهنگی بشر و به قولی، بخش جدایی‌ناپذیر (انتگرال) طبیعت به شمار می‌رود. طبیعت نیز به شکل صمیمانه‌ای با زندگی اجتماعی شهر، ترکیب و در‌هم بافته شده‌ است. پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی کاربرد الگوهای توسعۀ پایدار در بازآفرینی منظر شهری ایوان انجام شده است. سؤالات این پژوهش؛ عبارتند از: 1. آیا ابعاد توسعۀ پایدار بر بازآفرینی منظر شهر ایوان تأثیر دارند؟ 2. آیا بین بعد کالبدی توسعۀ پایدار و بازآفرینی شهر ایوان، همبستگی وجود دارد؟ 3. چه رابطه‌ای بین بعد اقتصادی توسعۀ پایدار و بازآفرینی شهر ایوان وجود دارد؟ 4. بعد زیست‌محیطی شهر ایوان، چه تأثیری بر بازآفرینی آن دارد؟ روش انجام تحقیق، به‌کارگیری تکنیک ماتریس SWOT بود که پس از مشخص شدن معیارهای داخلی و خارجی بر اساس اصول توسعۀ پایدار و ارائۀ راهبردهای چهارگانۀ SO و WO و ST و WT و وزن‌دهی به این معیارها راهبرد نهایی به دست آمد. کلیت یافته‌ها حاکی از آن بود که اصول توسعۀ پایدار در بازآفرینی منظر شهری ایوان مؤثر هستند و می‌توانند منظری ایجاد کنند که پویا و پایدار باشد، رفاه شهروندان را فراهم کند و پاسخگوی نیاز نسل‌های آینده باشد.

چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Cities, as the most important biological communities of the present century, more than ever need to be paid attention in environmental and ecological aspects of the aspects-social, political, economic, and improve the quality of their perspective. In addition, the city is considered one of the most important cultural phenomena of human and promises "an integral part of nature, and the nature of the social life of the city combined with the intimate and intertwined." These findings are important in the current situation and to improve the quality and view it as many times such as improving the urban landscape has been emphasized. Term perspective can be thought of as a set of cognitive effects, as well as areas of cultural, philosophical, and also the context in which the study of shapes, patterns, forms of life and a lot of natural things in the house. Obviously, in such a situation the influence of landscape on living conditions and human interaction and natural and built environment is also taken into account. the methods used is the SWOT matrix. After identifying the internal and external standards and guidelines based on the four principles of sustainable development and WO, SO and ST and WT, and weight-maintenance of these measures was the final strategy the totality of the findings showed: Eivan urban renewal perspective on the principles of sustainable development matrix is offensive and means proposed strategies in an aggressive strategy matrix (SO) (max-max) are located.
