عنوان فارسی برنامه‌ریزی راهبردی توسعۀ طبیعت‌گردی در مناطق تحت حفاظت استان ایلام (مورد مطالعه: محدودۀ آثار طبیعی – ملّی دهلران)
چکیده فارسی مقاله بخش مهمی از ظرفیت‌های گردشگری ایران در مناطق تحت حفاظت قرار دارند؛ ولی بهره‌مندی هدفمندی از این قابلیت، در جهت توانمندسازی این مناطق و به تبع آن، توسعۀ منطقه‌ای در کشور صورت نگرفته است؛ تا جایی که بر اثر فشارهای انسانی و محیطی، به تدریج، شاهد از بین رفتن این گستره‌های خدادادی هستیم. این امر، ضرورت تدوین برنامه‌های جامع گردشگری متناسب با شرایط زیست‌محیطی، اقتصادی و اجتماعی هر منطقۀ تحت حفاظتی را گوشزد می‌کند؛ از این رو، تحقیق حاضر، با هدف تبیین برنامۀ راهبردی توسعۀ طبیعت‌گردی در محدودۀ تحت حفاظت آثار طبیعی - ملّی دهلران در استان ایلام با استفاده از چارچوب جامع تدوین راهبرد، به رشته تحریر درآمده است تا از این طریق، زمینۀ بهره‌برداری پایدار طبیعت‌گردی فراهم گردد. این تحقیق به لحاظ روش، از نوع توصیفی - تحلیلی و بر مبنای هدف، کاربردی است. جامعۀ آماری آن نیز؛ شامل: کلیۀ کارشناسان ادارات کل میراث فرهنگی، صنایع دستی و گردشگری و حفاظت محیط‌زیست استان ایلام بوده است که تعداد 30 نفر از آنها با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری قضاوتی هدفمند، به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. شیوۀ گردآوری داده‌ها نیز به دو صورت اسنادی و میدانی بوده است. نتایج نشان می‌دهد که این مقصد گردشگری در محیط داخلی با ضعف‌های بیشتری در قیاس با قوت‌ها دست و پنجه نرم می‌کند و در محیط بیرونی با فرصت‌های بیشتری در مقایسه با تهدیدات روبه‌روست؛ بنابراین، راهبردهای «محافظه‌کارانه/ ترمیمی» مبتنی بر نگهداری و حمایت درونی، مناسب‌ترین قابلیت را در پاسخ به این شرایط خواهند داشت؛ همچنین، سنجش کّمی راهبردهای مذکور، نشان داد که راهبرد «تدوین طرح جامع توسعۀ طبیعت‌گردی پایدار» با کسب امتیاز 43/9 دارای بیشترین جذابیت و «تدوین مقررات حفاظت» با نمرۀ 81/6 دارای کمترین جذابیت می‌باشد.

عنوان انگلیسی Strategic planning of ecotourism development in conservation areas in Ilam province (the case of Natural national monument of Dehloran)
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Iran is an important part of the tourism potentialities of conservation areas but benefit from these capabilities in order to empower the regions and thus, regional development has taken place in the country, to the extent that the human and environmental pressures, gradually witness the disappearance of these ranges. This requires comprehensive planning tourists through the environmental, economic and social protection for all socioeconomic groups in each region; hence, the present study aims to explain the strategy to develop ecotourism within the conservation of natural national monuments of Dehloran, Ilam Province, using a comprehensive framework strategy. The research in terms of methodology, is a descriptive - analytical and based on objective, functional studies. The population also includes: all experts of Office of Cultural Heritage, Handcrafts and Tourism and Environmental Protection in Ilam province, of whom 30 used judgmental sampling targeted, as were selected. Data collection method is both documentary and field study. The results show that the indoor tourist destination with more weaknesses than strengths grapple with and in the external environment faced with more opportunities than threats, so the strategy "Conservative / Restoration" based on the maintenance of internal support, in response to these conditions and have the best capability; also the quantitative strategies, showed that the strategy of "developing sustainable ecotourism development master plan" with a score of 9.43 has the most charm and "developing regulations to protect" with the lowest score of 6.81 is the charm.
