عنوان فارسی مقاله کوتاه: بررسی عملکرد تکنیکی و حفاظتی پرتونگاران بیمارستان‌های دانشگاه علوم پزشکی بیرجند
چکیده فارسی مقاله زمینه و هدف: با وجود فواید پرتونگاری، پرسنل شاغل در این بخش‌‌ها بایستی احتیاط و رعایت لازم در به حداقل‌رساندن تابش‌های غیر ضروری به بیمار و خود را داشته باشند؛ بنابراین پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی عملکرد تکنیکی و حفاظتی پرتونگاران و میزان آگاهی آنان تدوین شده است. روش تحقیق: در این مطالعه توصیفی- تحلیلی، کلّیه پرتوکاران شاغل در بخش‌های پرتوشناسی بیمارستان‌های امام رضا و ولیعصر بیرجند (26 نفر) داشتند. با استفاده از چک‌لیست محقق‌ساخته‌ای که روایی و پایایی آن تأیید شده بود، 17 عملکرد تکنیکی و 12 عملکرد حفاظتی پرسنل در سه نوبت کاری مشاهده و ثبت گردید. برای سنجش میزان آگاهی از اصول حفاظتی و تکنیکی کارکنان، پرسشنامه‌ای 12 سؤالی در دو حیطه تدوین و توسط پرسنل تکمیل گردید. داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم‌افزار SPSS (ویرایش 15) و با کمک آزمون کای‌اسکوئر، مورد تجزیه و تحلیل آماری قرار گرفت. یافته‌ها: میانگین نمره عملکرد در حیطه تکنیکی 60/1±15 و میانگین نمره عملکردی در حیطه حفاظتی 1/1±9/10 بود که در حدّ متوسط بود. 5/46 درصد افراد، به سؤالات اصول حفاظت و 2/37 درصد به سؤالات اصول تکنیکی به‌طور صحیح پاسخ دادند. مقایسه میانگین نمره عملکرد تکنیکی و حفاظتی بر اساس شیفت کاری، سطح تحصیلات، جنسیت و وضعیت استخدام، تفاوت معنی‌داری نشان نداد (05/0P>). نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج به‌دست آمده نشان داد که میزان آگاهی کارکنان درباره اصول تکنیکی و حفاظتی بسیار پایین می‌باشد؛ بنابراین علاوه بر توجه به آموزش‌های دوران تحصیل، آموزش‌های حین خدمت نیز ضروری به نظر می‌رسد.

عنوان انگلیسی An assessment of radiographers’ technical and protective performance in hospitals affiliated to Birjand University of Medical Sciences in 2012
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Background and Aim: Notwithstanding the benefits of radiography, the staff of radiography wards must take necessary care to minimize their own and patients’ exposure to harmful rays. Therefore, the present paper aimed at assessing the radiolographers’ awareness and performance concerning technical and protective principles. Materials and Methods: In this descriptive-analytical study, all the 26 radiolographers working in the radiology wards of Vali-asr and Imam Reza hospitals of Birjand participated. In order to collect data about their performance, a checklist whose reliability and validity had been approved was provided. For the radiography staff 17 technical and 12 protective items during three work shifts were checked and recorded. In order to measure their awareness of technical and protective principles, a 12-item questionnaire was completed by each of them. The obtained data was statistically analyzed by means of SPSS software using X2. Results: Mean Performance score in the technical area in the three work shifts was 15±1.60, and that of the protective area was 10.9±1.1 both of which were at an average level. Around 46.5% of the subjects gave correct answers to protective and 37.2% of them to the technical questions. The comparison of technical and protective performance scores showed no significant difference in terms of work shifts, education, gender, and type of employment (P>0.05). Conclusion: The radiographers’ awareness of technical and protective principles was at a very low level. Therefore, both quality academic training and in-service education seem necessary.
