عنوان فارسی فهم‌پذیری متون دینی از دیدگاه اصولیان
چکیده فارسی مقاله متون دینی به متون آیات قرآن کریم و احادیث معصومان تقسیم می‌شود. عده‌ای از اصولیان در فهم‌پذیری متون مذکور اختلاف و نظریه‌های مختلفی را در آن طرح کرده‌اند. هر چند بحث این گروه از اصولیان در متون دینی هم صغروی و هم کبروی است، تحقیق حاضر به بحث کبروی مربوط می‌شود. مقصود از بحث صغروی، معناداری و از بحث کبروی، فهم‌پذیری متون فوق است. اصولیان نظریه‌های مختلفی را در تفصیل فهم‌پذیری متون دینی ارائه داده‌اند که ابتدا نظریه‌های تفصیل آنان را طرح و با روش تحلیل عقلانی و استناد به منابع دینی بررسی و ارزیابی می‌‌کنیم، سپس نظریه تحقیق را در فهم‌پذیری مطلق و عموم متون دینی و نیز ادله آن را ارائه خواهیم کرد. مهم‌ترین یافته تحقیق نشان دادن نادرستی نظریه‌های تفصیل و اثبات نظریه فهم‌پذیری مطلق و عموم متون دینی با استناد به منابع علم اصول فقه و نیز نظر اصولیان است.

چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Religious texts have divided to texts of Quran's verses and traditions of Imams. Some of the fundamentalists have diversity of opinions in mentioned comprehensible texts and they have proposed different theories in it. Although dispute of this group of fundamentalists in religious texts is also minor premise and major but recent research is related to dispute of major. The intention of dispute of minor is having meaning and dispute of major is comprehension of above texts. Fundamentalists have presented different theories in detailed of comprehensible religious texts which first we propose their detailed theories and study and assess with method of intellectual analysis and on the strength of religious texts, then we present research's theory in absolute and generality of comprehensible religious texts and also its proof. The important finding of research in showing the incorrectness of detailed theories and proving the theory of absolute and generality of comprehensible religious texts on the strength of the principles of Jurisprudence science sources and fundamentalists.
