عنوان فارسی تاثیر فعالیت استقامتی بر بیان ژن Hand۲ بطن چپ رت‌های نر نژاد ویستار
چکیده فارسی مقاله هدف این پژوهش بررسی تأثیر فعالیت استقامتی بر بیان ژن Hand2 بطن چپ بود. بدین منظور 14 رت (نر نژاد ویستار با 20±113گرم و پنج هفته سن) تحت شرایط کنترل‌شده (دما، چرخۀ روشنایی و تاریکی و دسترسی آزاد به آب و غذا) نگهداری و بعد از آشناسازی با پروتکل تمرینی به‌صورت تصادفی به دو گروه کنترل و تجربی تقسیم شدند. گروه تجربی یک برنامۀ استقامتی (14 هفته‌ای) را روی تردمیل اجرا کرد و 48 ساعت پس از پایان آخرین جلسه تمرینی بی‌هوش و تشریح شدند، سپس قلب و بطن چپ آن­ها خارج و با استفاده از روش Real time-PCR میزان بیان ژن Hand2 بطن چپ آن­ها اندازه‌گیری شد. در پایان با استفاده از آزمون آماری t تک نمونه­ایی اطلاعات به‌دست‌آمده ارزیابی شد. نتایج نشان داد میانگین بیان ژن Hand2 بطن چپ گروه تجربی به‌طور معناداری (P=0.007) بیشتر از گروه کنترل بود. بنابراین به نظر می‌رسد ژن Hand2 در نوع هایپرتروفی‌ ایجاد‌شده تأثیرگذار باشد.

عنوان انگلیسی The effect of endurance Activity on left ventricle Hand2 gene expression in wistar male rat
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Endurance activity causes changes in the expression of some genes and induces hypertrophy in heart, Meanwhile Hand2 gene is changed in response to pathological hypertrophy of the heart, so the aim of this study was to investigate the effect of endurance activity on Hand2 gene expression in left ventricle. For this purpose, 14 rats (male wistar, 113±20g, age five weeks) under controlled conditions (temperature, light/dark (12:12) cycle, with ad Libitum access to food and water) were housed and randomly divided into control and Experimental groups, the experimental group performed 14 -weeks endurance training on motorized treadmill, and then were anesthetized and sacrificed 48 hours after the end of the last session. The left ventricle of the heart was removed. Real time RT-PCR method was used to determine the expression levels of Hand2 in the left ventricle. the obtained data were evaluated using t-test. The results showed, the mean of left ventricle Hand2 gene expression increased in experimental group significantly (P=0.007) than control group. It seems, Hand2 gene influence on created the type of hypertrophy.
