عنوان فارسی بررسی روایی و پایایی نسخه فارسی پرسش‌نامه‌های طرح بین‌المللی بررسی رفتار خودکشی غیرکشنده در دانشجویان دانشگاه علوم پزشکی رفسنجان در سال ۱۳۹۷: یک مطالعه توصیفی
چکیده فارسی مقاله چکیده زمینه و هدف: خودکشی یکی از مهم­ترین مشکلات بهداشت عمومی در میان جوانان جهان می­باشد. اقدام به خودکشی در میان جوانان مسلمان نسبت به سایر ادیان بیش­تر است. از این­رو، یک طرح پژوهشی بین­المللی با هدف تعیین جنبه­های رفتار خودکشی غیرکشنده در دانش­جویان کشور­های با اکثریت جمعیت مسلمان از جمله ایران طراحی شده است. از آن­جایی که هر ابزار ارزیابی مؤثر مانند پرسش­نامه، باید معتبر و پایا باشد، هدف از انجام این مطالعه تعیین روایی و پایایی نسخه فارسی پرسش­نامه­های این طرح پژوهشی در دانش­جویان دانشگاه علوم پزشکی رفسنجان می­باشد. مواد و روش­ها: این مطالعه توصیفی در سال 1397 بر روی 700 نفر از دانش­جویان دانشگاه علوم پزشکی رفسنجان انجام شد. روایی محتوایی پرسش­نامه­های حاضر به شیوه کمی و با استفاده از دو ضریب نسبت روایی محتوا (CVR) و شاخص روایی محتوا (CVI) مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. به منظور تعیین روایی سازه از تحلیل عاملی تأییدی استفاده شد. پایایی پرسش­نامه­ها نیز به روش همسانی درونی و محاسبه ضریب آلفای کرونباخ مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. یافته­ها: دامنه نسبت روایی محتوایی برای سؤالات مقیاس دوم 1-09/0، برای سؤالات مقیاس­های سوم، پنجم و ششم 1-27/0 و برای سؤالات مقیاس­های چهارم، هشتم و نهم 1-45/0 بود. برازش مدل برآورد شده نیز بر اساس نتایج تحلیل عاملی تأییدی، اثبات گردید. ضریب آلفای کرونباخ پرسش­نامه­های حاضر در محدوده بسیارخوب تا قابل قبول برآورد شد. نتیجه­گیری: نتایج نشان داد که نسخه فارسی پرسش­­نامه­های طرح بین­المللی بررسی رفتار خودکشی غیرکشنده از ویژگی­های روان­سنجی مناسبی برخوردار است. بنابراین می­توان از آن به­منظور تعیین جنبه­های رفتار خودکشی غیرکشنده در دانش­جویان فارسی ­زبان استفاده کرد. واژهای کلیدی: رفتارهای خودکشی، کشورهای مسلمان، روایی، پایایی، دانش­جویان

عنوان انگلیسی Evaluation of Validity and Reliability of Persian Version of the International Proposal Questionnaires on the Study of Nonfatal Suicidal Behavior in Students of Rafsanjan University of Medical Sciences in 2018: A Descriptive Study
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Background and Objectives: Suicide is one of the most important public health problems especially within youth population. Whilst Islam condemns suicide, suicide attempts among Muslim youths have been reported more than youths from other religions. Therefore, an international research project has been developed with the aim of determining nonfatal suicidal behavior in students within Muslim majority countries, including Iran. Since each effective evaluation tool such as questionnaire must be valid and reliable, the aim of this study was to determine the validity and reliability of the Persian version of these international research questionnaires in Rafsanjan University of Medical Sciences students in 2018. Materials and Methods: This descriptive study was conducted on 700 students of Rafsanjan University of Medical Sciences in 2018. The content validity of the questionnaires was quantitatively investigated using the content validity index (CVI) and the content validity ratio (CVR). Confirmatory factors analysis was used to determine the construct validity. Reliability was also evaluated by internal consistency method and calculation of Cronbach's alpha coefficient. Results: The range of CVR for the second scale was 0.09-1, for the third, fifth, and sixth scales were 0.27-1 and for the fourth, eighth and ninth scales were 0.45-1. The fitting of the estimated model was also proved based on the results of the confirmatory factor analysis. The range of Cronbach's alpha coefficient was estimated between very well to acceptable. Conclusion: The results showed that the Persian version of the international proposal questionnaires on the study of nonfatal suicidal behavior had proper psychometric properties. Therefore, it can be used to determine the aspects of nonfatal suicidal behavior in Persian-speaking students.
