عنوان فارسی بررسی تطبیقی تزاحمِ تحصیل علم و رسالت مادری در کمال انسانی زن با رویکرد اخلاق کاربردی
چکیده فارسی مقاله جایگاه زنان به عنوان نیمی از جمعیت جهان و نقش آنان در زندگی اجتماعی، امری مؤثّر و تعیین‌کننده است و بررسی و مطالعۀ این امر، با توجه به استعدادها و ظرفیت‌های وجودی آنان، امری ضروری است. رسالت مادری و تربیت فرزند از قابلیت‌های ویژۀ زن، از کمالات اختصاصی و تکلیفی الهی بر دوش اوست که توجه وافی به آن، نیازمند اختصاص فرصت کافی است. از سویی، به‌رغم تعدّد راه‌های وصول به کمال حقیقی، هر انسانی، آگاهانه یا ناخودآگاه در پی کسب کمال است. در این زمینه تحصیل علم، از مقدمات برجستۀ وصول به کمال و تعالی است که در شرایط روز جهان، نیازمند وقت و زمان است. در نتیجه، تزاحم میان انجام رسالت تام مادری و کسب علم و تخصص برای تعالی و رشد همه‌جانبۀ زن بروز می‌کند که از چالش‌های اخلاق کاربردی در عصر حاضر به ‌شمار می‌آید. بدین جهت، پژوهش پیش رو به روش توصیفی‌ـ‌تحلیلی، ابتدا با تبیین جایگاه مادری و کسب دانش در نظام وحیانی اسلام، با رویکرد اخلاق کاربردی، به تحلیل راهکارهای رفع تزاحم، متناسب با اولویت‌های امروزی می‌پردازد که ره‌آورد آن، در دو سطح مقدمی‌ـ‌مبنایی و کاربردی‌ـ‌عملی شامل چند راهکار همبسته خواهد بود که در سطح اول، تصحیح نگرش متناسب با واقعیات فطری و جهان‌بینی الهی، شناخت استعدادها و علایق فردی، کلان‌نگری متناسب با نیازها، و در سطح دوم، آینده‌نگری در انتخاب (زمان و نوع تحصیل)، نظم، برنامه‌ریزی و مدیریت (امکانات و زمان)، اولویت‌بندی (اهم و مهم) و... عامل رفع تزاحم است و وصول به آن، منوط به رعایت اصول رفع تزاحم خواهد بود.

عنوان انگلیسی Comparative Analysis of Practical Contradiction of Attaining Knowledge and the Mission of Motherhood in the Human Perfection with the Tendency of Practical Morality
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله The position of women as half of the population of the world and their role in the social life is the effective and impressive affair, and study of it, given their existential dispositions and capacities, is a necessary issue. The mission of motherhood and training children is one of the particular capacities of woman, privileged perfections and divine mission on the shoulder of women that the complete consideration of it need assigning sufficient time. From one hand, despite the multitude of the ways to gain the real perfection, each person attempts to gain perfection consciously or unconsciously. In this respect, acquiring knowledge is one of the important conditions for attaining perfection and sublimation that need time in the current conditions of the world. As a result, the practical contradiction between exercising the mission of motherhood and attaining knowledge and proficiency for multilateral development of woman appears that is one of challenges of practical morality in the current ages. Therefore, this investigation, using the analytical- descriptive method, addresses primarily, by explanation of the positon of motherhood and attaining knowledge in the revealed code of Islam with the tendency of practical morality, the analysis of solutions for obliterating practical contradiction proper to our today priorities. The result is in two introductory-basic and practical levels include several associate solutions which in the first level are: the correctness of the proper view with natural realities and divine ideology, recognition of dispositions and personal interests, having comprehensive view according to needs. And the solutions for the second levels are: foresight about the choices (time and kind of study), order, planning, management (facilities and time), prioritizing and so on. These factors obliterate the practical contradiction, and attaining it is subject to considering the principle of removing practical contradiction.
