عنوان فارسی فلسفه تمدن نوین اسلامی؛ ماهیت و مبانی
چکیده فارسی مقاله تمدن نوین اسلامی یا احیای تمدنی نوین زیر چتر دیانت اسلامی، ذهن دسته بزرگی از دغدغه‌مندان و متفکران جهان اسلام را، به ویژه در چند دهه اخیر به خود معطوف داشته است، واقعیت آن است که تمدن نوین و مؤثری در پرتو آموزه‌های اسلامی و در جهان اسلام رو به گسترش است. اینکه چنین تمدنی با چه رویکردها و شالوده‌هایی صورت می‌پذیرد از پرسش‌های بنیادین است، چنان که شکوفایی پیشین آن از همین منظر قابل کاوش و الگوبرداری است. به زعم این نوشتار، تمدن نوین اسلامی، بر پایه چند اصل بنیادین در حال بازآفرینی خویش است: 1_‌ هدفمندی هستی در پرتو خدامحوری یکتاپرستی؛ 2_ اصل برابری همگان در پیشگاه خداوند و امکان برتری اکتسابی با پایبندی به ارزش‌های متعالی؛ 3_ اصل ساخت دنیا در راستای آخرت (ایجاد تعادل میان دنیا و آخرت، و مستمر دیدن حیات انسانی)؛ 4_ اصل تحقق امت اسلامی است که اساساً دیانت اسلامی موجودیت خود را با آن می‌نمایاند؛ 5_ اصل جهان وطنی اسلام و نیز باور به اعتلای اسلام؛ 6_ اصل علم‌مداری و معرفت‌جویی. این اصول و رویکردها، از یک سو به معنابخشی حیات (بُعد حقیقی و متنی= نرم‌افزاری) می‌انجامد و آدمی را از بحران معنویت می‌رهاند و از دیگر سو زندگی همراه با آسایشی را (بُعد ابزاری= سخت‌افزاری) فراهم می‌سازد.

چکیده انگلیسی مقاله The new Islamic civilization or the revival of a new civilization under the auspice of Islamic religiosity has preoccupied many of those concerned with Islamic problems and the thinkers of the Islamic world, especially in the past several centuries. The truth is that a new and influential civilization is developing in light of the Islamic doctrines in the Islamic world. The fundamental question is that in what approaches and on what foundations such a civilization is taking place; as its previous flourishing is also likely to be explored and emulated from this same perspective. In the writer’s opinion, the new Islamic civilization is being recreated on the basis of several fundamental principles: 1. Principle of the purposefulness of existence in light of theocentricism and Monotheism; 2. Principle of the equality of all people before God and the possibility of acquired superiority through abiding by transcendental values; 3. Principle of building the world in line with the Hereafter (creating balance between the world and the Hereafter and seeing the human life as continuous); 4. Principle of the actualization of Islamic community, by which the Islamic religiosity basically represent its entity; 5. Principle of Islamic cosmopolitanism and belief in sublime Islam; 6. Principle of science-orientedness and knowledge-seeking. These principles and approaches would on one hand lead to giving meaning to life (the real and textual dimension = software) and freeing mankind from spiritual crisis, and on the other, would provide a convenient life (instrumental dimension = hardware).
