عنوان فارسی تجزیه وتحلیل ریسک‌های محیط زیستی نیروگاه گازی آبادان با استفاده از روش TOPSIS
چکیده فارسی مقاله مطالعه حاضر با هدف شناسایی و اولویت‌بندی ریسک‌ها و آثار ناشی از نیروگاه گازی آبادان به انجام رسید. با تکمیل 99 پرسشنامه خبرگان و کارشناسان صنعت برق انواع ریسک‌ها، در فاز بهره‌برداری نیروگاه گازی آبادان شناسایی گردید. در ادامه برای اولویت‌بندی ریسک‌های واحد نیروگاه گازی آبادان از روش TOPSIS که از جمله روشهای تصمیم‌گیری چند شاخصه (MADM) است بهره‌گیری شد. این روش به دلیل به‌کارگیری مستقیم استنباطات ذهنی متخصصان در مدل و دستیابی به نتایج عینی‌تر در تجزیه وتحلیل و رتبه بندی ریسک‌ها استفاده شد. وزن نسبی معیارها در سومین گام استقرار این روش از تکنیک آنتروپی شانون و تکنیک بردار ویژه به دست آمد. بعد از اولویت‌بندی ریسک‌های هر واحد به طور جداگانه با بهره‌گیری از روش مذکور، با استفاده از آزمون آماری، تجزیه‌و‌تحلیل واریانس یکطرفه، مهم‌ترین اولویت‌های ریسک نیروگاه گازی آبادان تعیین شد. نتایج به‌دست آمده حاکی از آن است که ریسک‌های راه اندازی واحد با سوخت گاز با وزن807/0، مخازن سوخت با وزن 798/0، تحویل سوخت گاز با وزن630/0در واحدبهره برداری و کار بر روی کلاچ سوخت مایع با وزن 603/0 و تعویض فیلتر‌های گاز در واحد مکانیک از مهم‌ترین ریسک‌های محیط زیستی نیروگاه گازی آبادان شناخته می‌شود. راهکارهایی برای کنترل و کاهش ریسک‌های شناسایی شده ارائه شد، از جمله این راهکارها استفاده از تجهیزات حفاظت کننده و قطع کننده جریان برق و نیز بازدیدهای دوره‌ای و تعمیرات پیشگیرانه نسبت به ریسک آتش سوزی و انفجار نیروگاه است.

عنوان انگلیسی Environmental Risk Analysis of Abadan Gas Power Plant Using TOPSIS Method
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Through risk assessment process, it is necessary to identify, analyze, and prioritize systematically all environmental impacts of industries which have high destructive potentiality as well as representation of a mitigation plan. The current study aims at identification and prioritization of risks and impacts caused by Abadan Gas Power Plant. All kinds of the operational risks of the power plant were identified using 99 DELPHI Questionnaires filled up by expertise and proficient. Afterwards, in order to risk prioritization of each unit existed in Abadan Gas Power Plant TOPSIS Method was applied as one of the Multi Attribute Decision Making (MADM) methods. The mentioned method is widely applied in risk assessment studies due to its usefulness in straightforward application of expertise's intrinsic perceptions in model as well as achieving more objective results in risks analysis and prioritization. The relative importance of criteria was obtained at third step of TOPSIS using Shannon Entropy and Eigenvector Techniques. Subsequently, after risks prioritization of each unit separately, the most important risks of Abadan Gas Power Plant were determined using TOPSIS Method and one-way analysis of variance (one-way ANOVA) statistic test. The calculated results of Abadan Gas Power Plant risk analysis revealed that risks derived from activities including unit commissioning with weight of 0.807, fuel tanks with weight of 0.798, gas fuel delivery with weight of 0.630 as well as working on the cultch of the liquid fuel with weight of 0.603 and replacement of gas filters at mechanic unit are the most important environmental risks of the power plant. Therewith, strategies to control and mitigate the identified risks were presented. Among the suggested strategies, usage of electrical protective and intermittent equipments, periodic visits and preventive repairmen against fire and exploitation risk of the power plant can be noted.
