عنوان فارسی بررسی وضعیت توسعه فیزیکی شهر سقز و تعیین جهات بهینه توسعه آتی آن
چکیده فارسی مقاله هم اکنون تقریباً بیش از نیمی از مردم جهان در شهرها بسر می‌برند، پیش بینی‌ها نشان می‌دهد که با نرخ رشد فعلی، جمعیت کشور در سال 1400 به 130 میلیون نفر خواهد رسید که حداقل به 2 برابر مساحت کنونی برای گسترش شهرها نیاز است . شهر سقز یکی از شهرهای شمالی استان کردستان نیز از این قاعده مستثنی نیست، میزان رشد جمعیت و توسعه فیزیکی این شهر در جهت افقی و نیز گسترش مداوم ساخت و سازهای شهری سبب از بین رفتن مزارع کشاورزی و باغات اطراف شهر شده است. در این مقاله ویژگی‌های جمعیتی،روند توسعه فیزیکی شهرو برخی از شاخص‌های مسکن مورد بررسی و مطالعه قرارگرفته و نیز مقایسه‌ای بین میزان زمین مورد نیاز جمعیت شهری با سرانه استاندارد در شهرسازی و سرانه معمول در تیپ‌های اقلیمی انجام می‌پذیرد، در مرحله بعد با دخالت دادن متغیرهای موثر درتوسعه فیزیکی شهر، جهات بهینه توسعه آتی شهر تعیین شود، برای انجام این تحقیق از توابع تحلیلی نظیر همپوشانی، اشتراک دو مجموعه، ادغام و برش درسیستم اطلاعات جغرافیائی استفاده به عمل آمده است.نتایج تحقیق نشان می‌دهد که روند توسعه شهر در گذشته بدون توجه به استاندارد‌های شهرسازی و ملاحظات زیست محیطی به طور عمده در بخش‌های شمالی و غربی شهر انجام پذیرفته است که این بخش‌ها منطبق بر شیب‌های زیاد و در حریم گسل‌های منطقه است، بخش‌هائی از شهر نیز در گذشته در حریم شبکه‌های ارتباطی و شبکه آب‌های سطحی توسعه یافته است. در این تحقیق، توسعه آتی شهر در اراضی سمت شرقی و جنوبی پیشنهاد شده، این اراضی که در جدول جمع وزنی شاخص‌ها از بیشترین امتیاز برخوردارند دارای مساحتی حدود 2000 هکتار است.

چکیده انگلیسی مقاله In recent decades, the city development and city settlement have been tremendous. This has caused unequal physical and spatial expansion. The 21st century is the century of the city and living in city and almost half of the world population live as citizen. A glance at forecasting the data and statistics in 1400 shows an estimation of 130 millions of population and the calculation of present citizen growth makes the need of the areas as much as double. This growth often occurs at cities where land-use is the cause of spoiling optimal land and deterioration of sensitive ecosystem. In our country this case has caused problem. Saghez is one of the northern cities of Kordestan province which is not an exception. The growth and physical development of this city is along the horizontal direction and the extension of buildings in the city is around the central core towards the periphery which has caused the annihilation of agricultural fields and garden. An important problem of this kind of development besides the said problem results in social disorder, unequal distribution of land use, the population growth, growth in immigration, the environmental danger, in proportionate specific land-use in city building principal i.e. Wind direction, land slope, direction scope to mention few. This article considers the present physical development and then the optimization of direction for the physical development of the city with the use of human and natural factors through geographical information system.
