عنوان فارسی الگوی برآورد راهبردی توان دفاعی از بُعد نیروی انسانی
چکیده فارسی مقاله شناخت و رعایت رویکرد دفاعی در هدف‌گذاری‌ها، سیاستگذاری‌ها و برنامه‌ریزی‌های کلان عموم کشورها به‌ویژه کشوری مانند ج.ا.ایران با موقعیت خاص فرهنگی، سیاسی و جغرافیایی، حیاتی است. چنین رویکردی می‌تواند نظام جمهوری اسلامی را به قدرت بازدارندگی و توان دفاعی لازم در برابر قدرت‌های معاند برساند. توان دفاعی کشور از بُعد نیروی انسانی، تابعی از تولید توان دفاعی نظامیان، بسیجیان و غیرنظامیان است. در این تحقیق تلاش شده سهم تأثیر هر کدام از این نیروها و همچنین سهم تأثیر هر یک از عوامل هفت‌گانه جمعیت (تعداد)، سن، دانش، دسترسی به امکانات، امید به زندگی، روحیه دفاعی و مهارت نظامی در تولید توان دفاعی هر یک از نیروهای سه‌گانه را  مشخص سازد. ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات با بهره‌گیری از الگوی تصمیم‌‌‌گیری سلسله‌‌‌‌مراتبی (AHP) به صورت پرسشنامه بسته تهیه شد. با روش پیمایشی سهم تأثیر ابعاد و عوامل مؤثر، براساس نظرات 44 نفر از مدیران و خبرگان راهبردی نظامی- دفاعی کشور به‌دست آمد و در نهایت، الگوی برآورد در قالب معادله رابطه عوامل مؤثر با توان دفاعی توسعه داده شده است. روحیه دفاعی با سهم تأثیر بالا، عامل مؤثر مشترک در توان دفاعی همه نیروها، عامل بعد به ترتیب در نظامیان، مهارت نظامی و در نیروهای بسیج، سطح تحصیلات و در غیرنظامیان امید به زندگی مشخص گردید.

عنوان انگلیسی The Strategic Estimate’s Model of Defense Power in Manpower Dimension
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله The recognition and respect of defense approach are critical in investment objective ad policy and strategic planning for all countries, especially in a country like I.R.Iran with especial situation in cultural, political and geographical dimensions. Such approach could bring the Islamic Republic system to the favorite deterrence power and defence power against its enemies. The country's defence power in manpower dimension is part of the defence power of the military, the militias and the civilians. In this research, we tried to determining the impact of each of these services and so the impact of septet factors, inducing population, age, education, facilities accessing, life expectancy, defensive spirit, and military skills in production of defense power in the triple services. The tools of collecting information were prepared with using the model of decision hierarchy by distributing questionnaires. In this research, has been developed the impact of dimensions and affecting factors with survey method and based on comments of 44 people of military and strategic experts of country's defense dimension, and in the end we were prepared the estimate model in the form of equation relating with affecting factors on defense power. We were identified that defensive spirit has most impact in all of the services and then in military manpower, military skills have most impact, in militias, education play primary role and finally, life expectancy has most impact among civilians.
