عنوان فارسی بررسی اثر تنش خشکی بر شاخص‌های جوانه‌زنی و رشد گیاهک سه ژنوتیپ گیاه مرتعی Agropyron podperae
چکیده فارسی مقاله برای شناسایی شاخص­های مقاومت به تنش در Agropyron podperae آزمایشی با چهار سطح مختلف پتانسیل­های اسمزی حاصل از PEG 6000 شامل صفر، 3-، 6- و 9- بار به­صورت فاکتوریل در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی با چهار تکرار در محیط هیدروپونیک انجام شد. از ژنوتیپ­های تهران (63)، شیراز (5-7) و لرستان (4-11) در این مطالعه استفاده گردید. در این آزمایش، طول ریشه­چه، طول ساقه­چه، طول گیاهچه، نسبت طول ریشه­چه به طول ساقه­چه، وزن خشک گیاهچه، وزن تر گیاهچه، نسبت وزن خشک به وزن تر گیاهچه، درصد جوانه­زنی، سرعت جوانه­زنی و شاخص بنیه بذر اندازگیری شد. نتایج نشان داد که با افزایش تنش خشکی، فاکتورهای نسبت ریشه­چه به ساقه­چه، وزن خشک گیاهچه و نسبت وزن خشک به وزن تر گیاهچه افزایش و سایر صفات به­طور قابل توجهی کاهش یافتند. این کاهش در تمامی صفات مورد ارزیابی در تغییر پتانسیل از 6- به 9- بار حداکثر بود. به­طور کلی در میان ارقام مورد آزمایش، ژنوتیپ لرستان (4-11) در پتانسیل­های مورد مطالعه جوانه­زنی مناسبی را نشان داد و از این نظر بر سایر ژنوتیپ­ها برتری معنی­داری داشت. از پارامترهای مورد ارزیابی، طول گیاهچه و شاخص بنیه بذر بیشترین واکنش را به تغییر پتانسیل آب نشان دادند.

عنوان انگلیسی Study effect of water stress on the germination and seedling growth of three genotypes of rangeland species Agropyron podperae
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله This study aimed to evaluate the effects of various levels of drought stress on the growth of Agropyron podperae. A factorial experiment in the form of completely randomized design was used to evaluate the effects of four different levels of osmotic potentials resulted from PEG 6000 including 0, -3, -6 and -9 bar on the species seedling condition in hydroponic environment. Three genotypes of Agropyron podperae including Tehran (63), Shiraz (7.5) and Lorestan (11.4) and four water stress levels were used in this experiment. The root, shoot and seedling lengths, root to shoot rate, seedling dry weight, seedling fresh weight, dry to fresh weight rate, sprouting rate and seed health index of the species in the all treatments were measured. The results showed that increasing the drought stress levels resulted to increase the root to shoot rate, seedling dry weight and dry to fresh weight rate of the species, but other measured attributes were reduced significantly. The measured plant attributes changed considerably in the -9 bar treatment. In general, Arak (3755) genotype had better sprouting percentage under the drought condition in compare with the other studied genotypes. The results indicated that the drought stress had significant effects on the seedling length and seed health index of the species.
