چکیده فارسی مقاله این روزها در زمینه ساخت بناهای مختلف در سطح جامعه مشکلهایی از برخوردهای تشریفاتی و مسرفانه را شاهد هستیم. این امر نه تنها در زمان ساخت بناها و از طریق هدر دادن منابع، مصالح و انرژیهای گوناگون، بلکه در مرحله پیش از ساخت و هنگام طراحی بناها نیز وجود دارد. دیدگاه مورد توجه امسال، "اصلاح الگوی مصرف" است. جا دارد که در این رابطه به تمامی موارد کاربردی جامعه و از جمله به معماری نگاهی دقیق داشته و در جهت جلوگیری از اسراف و اتلاف منابع و بهره برداری هرچه بیشتر و بهتر از آنها همت گماشته شود. این مقاله سعی دارد در مورد دیدگاه مسرفانه طراحی بناهای مسکونی (طراحی فاز 1 معماری) که بخش وسیعی از معماری کشور را شکل می‌دهد، تأملی داشته باشد و در این راستا نکاتی را متذکر شود.

چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Nowadays we are witness to some kinds of squandering and luxurious attention to different dimensions of people's lifestyles in our society. This situation is in current to many aspects and to the architecture as well. During the construction of a building, a large amount of building materials, natural resources, man powers and various energies are wasting. But that is not all. This wrong attitude is unfortunately happening all the time. Not only during the construction of the building, but also in the beginning of the work, in other word during the designing process. It is praiseworthy to have a new deep look at this issue. This will be helpful to find out the ways that these problems are occurring and to present a solution for them. This article is decided to elaborate about this matter. It will focus on the design process of housing which contains a large number of buildings in the country. It will mention some points regarding the squandering and luxurious viewpoints of architects which will flourish in the houses and causes some problems. Then a proposal will be presented for the architects to prevent and control the above mentioned viewpoints during the designing a building.
