عنوان فارسی تقابل نهادین در جامعه مسلمانان روسیه و بهره گیری مسکو-کرملین از آن
چکیده فارسی مقاله پژوهش حاضر موقعیت مسلمانان روسیه را در دو سطح روابط مسلمانان با یکدیگر و روابط مسلمانان و کلیسا بررسی می‌کند. در این مقاله، رقابت‌ها و هماوردی‌هایی که میان رهبران مسلمان و سازمان‌های اسلامی فدراسیون روسیه وجود دارد، تشریح شده و چگونگی بهره‌گیری دولت روسیه از این هماوردی‌ها نیز مورد اشاره قرار گرفته است. همچنین سازمان اداری- دینی رهبری مسلمانان روسیه نیز بررسی شده است. رقابت میان سازمان‌های اسلامی و کلیسای روسیه نیز به عنوان دومین هماورد اسلام و مسلمانان (در کنار دولت) موضوع دیگری است که در این مقاله مورد بحث قرار می‌گیرد. فرضیه مقاله این است که ویژگی اصلی اسلام در روسیه، تقابل نهادین میان رهبران و سازمان‌های مرکزی مسلمانان روسیه با یکدیگر از یک سو و میان همین رهبران و سازمان‌ها با کلیسای ارتدوکس (با پشتیبانی دولت روسیه) از سوی دیگر است. دولت مرکزی (مسکو- کرملین) با هدف پایش مسلمانان و جلوگیری از نیرومند شدن آنان از تقابل نهادین میان رهبران برجسته و سازمان‌های مرکزی مسلمانان روسیه بهره برداری می‌کند.

چکیده انگلیسی مقاله This article studies the situation of Muslims in Russia in two-levels: firstly, the relationship within the Muslim community and secondly, their relationship with the church. Differences between Muslim leaders and the Islamic organizations of the Russian Federation and how the Russian government benefits from these controversies are studied in this article. Also, the religious and administrative organizations of Muslims in Russia have been investigated. Competition between Islamic organizations and the RussianChurch as the second most important rival for Islamic organizations and Muslims (beside the government) is another influential matter in this article. This paper hypothesizes that the main feature of Islam in Russia is the institutional conflict between Muslim leaders and organizations with each other on one hand and the serious competition between these and the Orthodox Church leaders and organizations (with the Russian government support). To control Muslims and preventing from their empowerment, the central government in Moscow Kremlin is exploiting the institutional controversies within the leading personalities and organizations.
