عنوان فارسی بررسی نقش عقلانیت قرآنی در سلامت تصمیمات مدیران و ارائه یک الگوی مفهومی
چکیده فارسی مقاله این مقاله با هدف شناسایی و تأثیر عقلانیت قرآنی و باورهای دینی در ارتقای سلامتتصمیمات مدیران به روش کتابخانه‌ای و مراجعه به اسناد تدوین می‌شود. تعقل وخردورزی قرآنی در سه سطح معرفتی، اخلاقی و ابزاری ظاهر می شود، در حالی که عقلانیتسکولار تنها بر عقلانیت ابزاری تکیه دارد. یعنی عقلانیت قرآنی علاوه بر مهندسی،اندازه گیری، تنظیم و پیش بینی در امور معیشتی، به تنظیم رابطه انسان با جهان وخدای متعال و همچنین تنظیم رابطه انسان با خود و دیگران و معماری اخلاقیات میپردازد. بنابر این پیروی از عقلانیت قرآنی در عمل موجب اشاعه فضیلت ها در این گونه فعالیتهای سازمانی می شود. فضیلت "ارزش ها"و رذیلت"زشتی ها" است. مفهوم فضیلت یا ارزش یعنی آن چیزی است که موافق عقل وشرع و مستوجب پاداش است و رذیلت یا زشتی آن چیزی است که مخالف عقل و شرع باشد وعذاب الهی را در پی داشته باشد. بهره نبردن از عقلانیت قرآنی و پایین بودن باورهایدینی در جامعه بویژه نزد تصمیم‌گیران موجب می‌شود تا در اخذ تصمیمات بسیاری ازظرافت‌ها، دقت‌ها و ارزش‌های انسانی و اجتماعی نادیده گرفته شود. برای رسیدن بهاین اهداف و پاسخگویی به مسأله اصلی فوق، قرآن کریم و آموزه‌های دینی مبنای مطالعهقرار گرفته و تلاش شده است تا نقاط کلیدی و خطوط عزیمت برخی از این آموزه‌ها تعیینو سپس آثار و عواقب باور یا عدم باور به آنها در کیفیت تصمیمات مدیران- با افزایشدانش و اصلاح نگرش- همراه با ارائه یک الگوی مفهومی مناسب در اشاعه‌ فضلیت‌ها درحوزه مدیریت با رویکرد اسلامی تحلیل گردد.

عنوان انگلیسی On the Role of Koranic Rationality in the Managers Appropriate Decision-Making and Developing a Conceptual Framework
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله the Hadiths and others develop its base in a way that includes any valuable asset.This article aims at identifying the effect of Koranic rationality and religious beliefs in developing appropriate decision-makingamong managers through a library method and reference to related documents. TheKoranic rationality manifests at three levels of insight, morality andinstrumentation while secular rationality relies on instrumentation alone. Inother words, Koranic rationality besides engineering, measuring, regulating andpredicting everyday livelihood, tries to regulate man's relations with God,world, himself and others and to engineer morality. Thus followingKoranic rationality enhances morality among organizational activities. Inthis rationality, virtues are "valued" andindecencies are "devalued". Allvirtues and values are in agreement with religion and rationality and arebestowed rewards while all devalues and indecencies are against religion andrationality and are followed by punishment. Lack of Koranicrationality and low level of religious beliefs among managers result inignoring the minute humane and social values in decisions made. Oneof the main topics addressed in this article is related to the role of Koranicrationality and religious beliefs in the process of appropriate decision making. Toachieve the above mentioned goals, the Holy Koran and its teachings are set asthe bases of this study and efforts `have been made to identify the keyteachings and their consequences on the quality of the managers' decisionmaking through – increasing their knowledge and perspectives – while developinga conceptual framework to develop these values in the area of management underan Islamic approach
