عنوان فارسی مؤلفه‌های اثرگذار بر کاهش ضایعات در تولید سبزی و صیفی با تأکید بر امنیت غذایی از دیدگاه تولیدکنندگان شهرستان حمیدیه
چکیده فارسی مقاله سالانه مقدار زیادی از محصولات کشاورزی و مواد غذایی - که با صرف هزینه، زمان، امکانات و زحمات فراوان تولید می‌شود - به صورت ضایعات از بین می‌رود. یکی از سیاست‌های جدی دولت‌ها در امر امنیت غذایی کاهش ضایعات است. هدف از انجام این پژوهش شناسایی مؤلفه‌های اثرگذار بر کاهش ضایعات در تولید سبزی و صیفی با تأکید بر امنیت غذایی از دیدگاه تولیدکنندگان شهرستان حمیدیه است. روش تحقیق پیمایشی -همبستگی می‌باشد. جامعه آماری پژوهش سبزی‌کاران و صیفی‌کاران منطقه حمیدیه به تعداد 230 نفر بوده است که از میان آن‌ها 132 نفر با استفاده از جدول مورگان و تاکمن به روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی ساده به عنوان نمونه آماری انتخاب شدند. نتایج مربوط به تحلیل عاملی، مؤلفه‌های تأثیرگذار بر کاهش ضایعات را در 8 عامل استخراج کرد. طبق یافته‌های حاصل، از دیدگاه تولیدکنندگان سبزی و صیفی منطقه، عامل‌های پشتیبانی و آموزشی مهم‌ترین عوامل در زمینه کاهش ضایعات محصولات سبزی و صیفی‌اند و این مسئله، بیش از هر چیز، نقش مؤثر حمایت‌های دولت و آموزش‌های ترویجی را نشان می‌دهد. طبقه بندی JEL :Q18 ,C38

Ghanian [4] Received: 3 Mar 2012 Accepted: 4 Jan 2014 Abstract Large amounts of foods and agricultural products that have been produced by cost, labor force, facilities and time are eliminated as waste. Reduction of waste is one of the serious government policies. The purpose of this study was to identify the components affecting vegetable and summer crop waste reduction in Hamidiyeh township of Khuzestan province with emphasis on food security. Survey research was used in this study. Total population of the study were vegetable farmers and summer crop farmers in Hamidiyeh township (N=230) and 132 person of them were selected by Morgan and Trackman's table randomly. According to the factor analysis, factors affecting the waste reduction were instructed in eight items. Based on the results, from the viewpoints of producers, operating support and training were the most important factors affecting waste reduction that indicting the government support and extensional education role.
