عنوان فارسی کاوشی نو درباره مجمل در قرآن
چکیده فارسی مقاله بیشتر مفسران، اصولیون و پژوهشگران قرآنی معتقدند در قرآن کلام مجمل وجود دارد، در حالی که به نظر می‌رسد این سخن، با آیاتی که قرآن را مبین معرفی کرده در تناقض بوده، با بلاغت قرآن و اصل تفهیم مخاطب ناسازگار است. این پژوهش در صدد رفع این تناقض می‌باشد. بر این اساس، با تطبیق شواهد و موارد مورد استناد مدعیان اجمال قرآن با تعریف اصولی مجمل به تحلیل و نقد شواهد و موارد پرداخته می‌شود. آیات دالّ بر روشنگری قرآن نیز مورد بررسی قرار گرفته تا چگونگی روشنگری قرآن مشخص شود. بدین‌سان دیدگاهی ارائه می‌شود که قائل به اجمال در قرآن بوده، اما اجمالی که با تعاریف اصولیون از مجمل همسویی ندارد. بر این اساس، وجود برخی از مجملات در قرآن نه تنها با فصاحت و بلاغت و اصل تفاهم در تخاطب ناسازگار نبوده، بلکه از فنون بلاغی شمرده می‌شود.

عنوان انگلیسی A New Survey on the Succinct in the Qur’ān
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Most of the exegetes, legal theorists (utūlīs), and the Qur’ānic researchers believe that there are succinct (mujmal) words in the Qur’ān; whereas, it seems that this view is in contradiction to the verses introducing the Qur’ān as manifest and is incompatible with the eloquence of the Qur’ān and the principle of tafhīm (causing the addressee to understand). This research is intended to resolve this contradiction. Accordingly, the evidences and instances are analyzed along with a comparison between the evidences and instances on which the claimants of the succinctness in the Qur’ān relied and the utūlī definition of succinct. The verses denoting the enlightenment of the Qur’ān are also examined so as to specify the way the Qur’ān is enlightening. Thus, a viewpoint is presented here that maintains the succinctness in the Qur’ān, but a succinctness that is not homogeneous with the utūlī definition of succinct; thus some succinct statements and words in the Qur’ān are not only not incompatible with eloquence, rhetoric excellence, and the principle of tafhīm, but are regarded as among the arts of rhetoric, as well.
