عنوان فارسی تبیین لزوم نگاه فرآیندی به تولید علم اقتصاد متناسب با جامعه مسلمین و تبیین جایگاه سرمایه علمی حوزوی و دانشگاهی در آن
چکیده فارسی مقاله  پس از انتشار کتاب ارزشمند اقتصادنا اثر شهید سیدمحمدباقر صدر، قابلیت‌های مکتب اقتصادی اسلام در برابر دیگر مکاتب مهم و مشهور اعم از سرمایه‌داری و سوسیالیستی مشخص شد. طرح دیدگاه این اندیشمند دینی، اقتصاددانان مسلمان علاقه­مند به علم دینی را بر آن داشت تا به سمت تولید علم اقتصاد اسلامی حرکت کنند؛ اما در طی این دوران، آنچه احساس می­شود این است که آثار علمی منتشرشده در حوزه مطالعاتی یادشده در قالب مقالات پژوهشی و ترویجی و کتب دانشگاهی و حوزوی، نتوانسته‌اند تقاضای مؤثر و فراگیری در جامعه­ مسلمین ایجاد کنند. هنوز پرسش‎هایی درباره وجود یا عدم اصل اقتصاد اسلامی در ذهن بخش درخور توجهی از جامعه­ علمی، مدیران و مردم مسلمان وجود دارد و این حاکی از حلقه­هایی مفقوده در این مسیر است. در این مقاله می‌کوشیم با استفاده از روش توصیفی- تحلیلی، این موضوع را تبیین کنیم که علاقه­مندان اقتصاد اسلامی، نباید فقط در مقام تولید ادبیات علم اقتصاد (اسلامی) برآیند، بلکه باید با در نظر گرفتن فرآیندی برای حل مسائل اقتصادی جامعه­ مسلمین و نقش ظرفیت سرمایه انسانی در حوزه و دانشگاه، به‌گونه‌ای مسیر حرکت خود را طراحی کنند که به قابل استفاده بودن ادبیات اقتصاد اسلامی در اداره جامعه مسلمین بینجامد؛ به‌گونه­ای که در بخش­های مختلف اقتصادی جامعه برای یافته­های اقتصاد اسلامی تقاضای مؤثر ایجاد شود. در پایان مقاله الگوی تولید علم اقتصاد در جامعه مسلمین در حوزه دولت‌های غیر سکولار و جایگاه سرمایه انسانی ارائه خواهد شد.

This article has been tried Using this descriptive-analytical method, this issue is explained by the interests of Islamic economics It should not only be achieved in the production of the literature of economics (Islamic) But by considering a process to solve the economic problems of the Muslim community And the role of human capital capacity in the field and the university in this process is designed in a way Which would lead to the usability of the Islamic economics literature in the administration of the Muslim community So that in the various economic sectors of society, an effective demand is sought for the findings of Islamic economics. At the end of the article, the pattern of production of economics in the Muslim community will be presented in the context of non-secular governments and the status of scientific capital.
