چکیده انگلیسی مقاله     Abstract: Context and purpose: The purpose of this research is to grasp the effective causes of child abuse within family. The special personal characteristics of criminal or victim provides the ground for abuse towards children. therefor child abuse is the outcome of several personal and environmental factors which combine with each other and intensify the possibility of the emergence of this social harm. Method: in this research qualitative method and deep interviews with experts is used. By analysis of the situation of 12 reported samples, the existence of 5 effective factors in child abuse is evaluated and described in each sample. Findings: in this research most of the abuses reported is towards girls. Committing child abuse by those who were familiar to the child has been more compared to those committed by strangers. Continuous and repetitive child abuses has been reported more than accidental ones. In more than half of the samples, divorce, addiction and poverty has been observed. Sexual abuse in the samples has been reported more than emotional and physical abuses. Conclusion: Findings indicate more vulnerability for girls in single parent families struggling with addiction. Among social factors, poverty and districts with mass crimes provide more ground for child abuse and lack of self-care education in suitable ages and mental retardation of children increases their vulnerability in family.
