عنوان فارسی روایت تجارب زیسته زوج های شاغل از عملکرد خانواده، بُعد سلامتی
چکیده فارسی مقاله مقدمه: عملکرد خانواده به وسیله اشتغال همزمان زوج دستخوش تغییراتی شده و مشکلات خاصی را برای خانواده و زوجین به همراه می‌آورد. از جمله ابعادی که در عملکرد خانواده زوج شاغل به‌شدت تحت تأثیر قرار می‌گیرد، بُعد سلامتی است. هدف پژوهش حاضر، استخراج تجارب زیسته زوج‌های شاغل از بُعد سلامتی عملکرد خانواده بود. روش بررسی: این مطالعه با رویکرد کیفی و با استفاده از روش پدیدارشناسی تفسیری انجام شد. طی این مطالعه، پژوهشگران با بهره‌گیری از نمونه‌گیری گلوله برفی، 12 زوج شاغل دارای رضایت زناشویی و 12 زوج شاغل دارای تعارض را با روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند انتخاب کرده و مورد مصاحبه قرار دادند. مصاحبه‌ها با استفاده از روش دیکلمن، آلن و تانر که دارای ماهیت تیمی بوده و در پدیدارشناسی تفسیری مرسوم است، مورد تحلیل قرار گرفتند. برای عملیات ذکر شده از نرم‌افزار MAXQDA12 نیز استفاده شد. نتایج: تحلیل داده‌های حاصل از مصاحبه‌ها منجر به شناسایی 2 درون مایه اصلیِ شامل عملکرد سالم (با درون مایه های فرعی: کارکردهای روانشناختی زنان شاغل، کارکردهای روانشناختی زوج شاغل، کارکردهای اجتماعی زنان شاغل، کارکردهای اجتماعی زوج شاغل و سلامت معنوی) و عملکرد ناسالم (با درون مایه های فرعی: آسیب‌های جسمانی، آسیب‌های روانشناختی، آسیب‌های اجتماعی، آسیب‌های معنوی) شد. نتیجه‌گیری: یافته‌های این مطالعه نشان داد که اشتغال همزمان زوج، تأثیری دو سویه بر سلامتی آنان دارد. در سویه منفی، این امر کلیت سلامت جسمانی، روانشناختی، اجتماعی و معنوی زوج را به خطر می‌اندازد. در سویه مثبت، مطلوبیت شرایط شغلی، ادراکات و نگرش‌های زوجی بیشترین تأثیر را بر سلامتی به‌عنوان یکی از ابعاد مهم عملکرد خانواده زوج‌های شاغل دارد.

عنوان انگلیسی Narration the Lived Experiences of Career Couples of Family Function, Health Dimension
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Introduction: Family function has been changed by the couple's simultaneous employment and presents particular problems for the family and the couples. One of the dimensions that is strongly influenced by the functioning of the working couple's family is the health dimension. The purpose of this study was to extract living experiences of career couples from the health aspect of family functioning. Methods: This research was done by qualitative approach and by the method of interpretive phenomenology. In this study, the researchers selected and interviewed 12 career couples with snowball sampling and 12 career couples with marital conflicts through purposeful sampling. Interviews were analyzed using the Dicklman, Allen, and Turner methods, which are team-based and common in interpretive phenomenology. The MAXQDA12 software was also used for these operations. Results: The analysis of the data from the interviews resulted in the identification of two main themes, including healthy functioning (with sub-themes: psychological functions of employed women, psychological functions of career couples, social functions of employed women, social functions of career couples, and spiritual health) and unhealthy functioning. (with sub-themes: physical damage, psychological damage, social damage, spiritual damage). Conclusion: The findings of this study showed that simultaneous employment of couples has a two-way effect on their health. On the negative side, this threatens the overall physical, psychological, social and spiritual health of the couple. On the positive side, the desirability of work conditions, couples' perceptions and attitudes have the greatest impact on health as one of the important dimensions of family function of career couples.
