عنوان فارسی رویکردی جامعه شناختی بر مناسبات میان سلطنت و وزارت در دوره نخست غزنوی (۳۸۷- ۴۳۱ هـ/ ۹۹۷- ۱۰۴۰م)
چکیده فارسی مقاله گذشته از رقابت قدیمی و سنتی میان دو نهاد سلطنت و وزارت (جنگ قدرت)، با دستیابی ترکان به قدرت به دلیل تفاوت و تقابل میان دو اندیشه و نگرش ایرانی و ترک، و نیز رقابت و تضاد میان دیوانسالاران ایرانی از یک سو و صاحبان تخت و تاج یا همان اهل شمشیر از سوی دیگر، شاهد چالش، رقابت و تضاد میان آنها در دوره غزنوی هستیم. در نتیجه این مسئله بود که وزارت و پایگاه اجتماعی آن دچار آسیب ها و لطمات بسیاری شد و از ثبات و ایمنی ای که لازمه تداوم کارکرد سیاسی و اجتماعی آن نهاد بود کاسته شد و آن را دچار تضعیف و بی ثباتی نمود. این نوشتار با روش توصیفی ـ تحلیلی که شیوه گردآوری اطلاعات آن کتابخانه ای است به بررسی مناسبات میان سلطنت و وزارت در دوره سلطان محمود و مسعود غزنوی می پردازد تا ضمن پی بردن به زوایای درونی مناسبات میان آنان، به درک درست تر و واقعی تری از موقعیت و جایگاه متزلزل و بی ثبات وزارت و وزیران در آن دوره و حتی پس از آن دوره دست یابد؛ و به تأثیرات و نتایج ماندگار آن در ساختار سیاسی و اجتماعی ایران واقف شود.

عنوان انگلیسی Monarchy and Ministry in the First Period Time of Ghaznavid (997-1040)
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله The Ministry has been always the genuine pillar of the government after Monarchy institute in the Iran's history. But the relation between these two institution are notable. In order to assess the relation between Monarchy institute and the Ministry in the time of Ghaznavid, the inner nature of two institutions, their places in the community and the political and social situations of the time should be considered. The assessment of sources from the Ghaznavid period indicates that there have been challenges among these two institutions, conflict and confrontaion have been existed. Beyond old and traditional competition of these two institutions of Monarchy and the Ministry (power struggles). Access to power by the Turks and differentiation and confrontaion of two opinion and theory of Iranian and Turks, competition between Iranian bureaucrats and the owners of thrones or sword from the other side, competition and conflict among them witnessing challenges on that period of the time. As the result of this mater hurt and stroked the Ministry and it decreased the constancy and security for continuation of this institute and made it unstable.
