عنوان فارسی بررسی حالت ایستایی در دوران پیش از تاریخ سرزمین ما(بر بنیاد نظریه تمدنی توینبی و تطبیق با شواهد باستانی)
چکیده فارسی مقاله در تفکر توینبی (1889-1975)، دوران ایستایی جامعه را می­ توان دوره نا پویایی، سکون و بی‌تحرکی دانست. اعضای چنین جامعه­ای پاسخی در برابر چالش­های پیش رو نداشته، حالتی منفعل به خود گرفته و تسلیم شرایط موجود می­ شوند. به عبارتی، جامعه ایستایی همچون ماد، جامعه‌ای است که در حالت کلی تا حدودی فاقد مکانیسم‌های اساسی دگرگون بخش بوده و نوعی راکد بودن و بی­ حرکتی از شاخصه ­های آن تلقی می ­شود. طبق چنین نظریه­ای، پیدایش تمدن در ایران باستان نتیجه­ یک انقلاب و همچنین حرکت جامعه از گذشته­ ای ایستا به‌سوی آینده­ای پویا تلقی می ­شود. درهرحال، این مقاله با استفاده از روش تحقیق تاریخی در پی این هدف است که مشخصه‌های جامعه ماد را پیش از مرحله پویایی با استناد به شواهد موجود موردبررسی قرار داده و تحلیل نماید. رهاورد این پژوهش نشان دادن چگونگی تطبیق یا احتمالاً عدم تطبیق نظریات تمدنی توینبی با بخشی از تاریخ ایران باستان است. درعین‌حال، تجزیه‌وتحلیل مشخصات کلی جامعه ایستای ماد با استناد بر حقایق و شواهد تاریخی و این‌که هرگز جامعه‌ای همچون ماد به‌رغم ایستایی به‌طور مطلق فاقد دگرگونی درونی نبوده، از دیگر دستاوردهای پژوهش حاضر است.

عنوان انگلیسی The static Sociology of the medes community on the basis of the Toynbee's civilization theory
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله According to Arnold Joseph Toynbee's (1889-1975) theory, the static period of society can be regarded as a period of stagnation and inactivity. Members of such a society do not have responses to the challenges ahead and they are passive and surrendered to existing conditions. In other words, a static society is a society that in general is somewhat lacking in fundamental transformational mechanisms. According to such a theory, the advent of ancient Iranian civilization is the result of a revolution, as well as the movement of society from a static past to a dynamic future.However, this paper, using the historical research methods, being sought to examine and analyze the characteristics of the Medes society before the dynamic stage based on existing evidence. Whether Society such as the Medes, in spite of stagnation, has absolutely no internal transformation or have. Achievement of this study is to demonstrate the adaptation or perhaps incompatibility of Toynbee's civilization views with part of ancient Iranian history. Meanwhile, the analysis of the general characteristics of the static society of the Median society based on historical facts and evidences, is one of the other achievements of the present study.
