عنوان فارسی طراحی الگوی دانشگاه نسل سوم در دانشگاه‌های علوم پزشکی آزاد اسلامی با رویکرد ترکیبی
چکیده فارسی مقاله مقدمه: دانشگاه‌ها در سیر تطور و تحولات تکوینی خود، مراحل مختلفی را طی کرده‌اند. آنچه در عصر حاضر در کانون این تحولات قرار دارد، بحث کارآفرینی دانشگاهی است که تحت لوای دانشگاه نسل سوم مطرح است. اهمیت نظری و کاربردی موضوع از یک‌سو و خلاء مطالعات زیربنایی در حوزه دانشگاه‌های نسل سوم در کشور موجب شده است تا مطالعه‌ای بنیادی در زمینه طراحی الگوی بومی دانشگاه نسل سوم صورت گیرد. روش بررسی: در این مطالعه از رویکردی مبتنی بر روش تحقیق ترکیبی استفاده شده است. در گام نخست جهت تحلیل مصاحبه‌های تخصصی، روش تحلیل محتوا بکار گرفته شده است. در گام دوم با استفاده از روش ساختاری- تفسیری به ارائه الگوی نهایی پرداخته شده است. تحلیل داده‌های تحقیق در فاز کیفی با نرم‌افزار MAXQDA و در فاز کمی با نرم‌افزار MICMAC انجام شده است. جامعه آماری این تحقیق شامل خبرگان دانشگاه‌های علوم پزشکی آزاد اسلامی است که با روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند انتخاب شده‌اند. ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها مصاحبه و پرسشنامه می‌باشد. برای دستیابی به اهداف پژوهش، با تحلیل مصاحبه با خبرگان، مجموعه‌ای از شاخص‌های کاربردی شناسایی شدند. نتایج: تم‌های اصلی این تحقیق عبارتند از جذب منابع مالی، ابداع نوآوری، مدیریت کارآفرینی فناورانه و رویکرد کارآفرینانه اساتید. سپس این عوامل با استفاده از تکنیک مدل‌سازی تفسیری- ساختاری، تجزیه و تحلیل و در نهایت ارتباط و توالی شاخص‌ها به دست آمده است.‌ با توجه به سطح‌بندی انجام شده الگوی نهایی دانشگاه نسل سوم در دانشگاه‌های علوم پزشکی آزاد اسلامی طراحی شد. نتیجه‌گیری: بر اساس این الگو فرهنگ سازمانی کارآفرینانه در کانون مدل قرار دارد. برای نیل به اهداف غایی مدل باید بر سطح عمومی مهارت و فعالیت‌های کارآفرینانه دانشجویان، مهار‌ت‌های نظری دانشجویان، دانش کارآفرینی اساتید، فرهنگ پذیرش ایده‌ و طرح‌های جدید، تحقق توسعه مبتنی بر دانایی و تجاری‌سازی علم و تأسیس شرکت‌های دانش‌بنیان تأکید شود. واژه‌های کلیدی: دانشگاه نسل سوم، کارآفرینی، علوم پزشکی، رویکرد آمیخته

عنوان انگلیسی Designing a Third Generation University Model with a Combined Approach in Islamic Azad Universities of Medical Sciences
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Introduction: Universities have undergone various stages in their evolutionary development. At the heart of these developments is the debate on academic entrepreneurship under the auspices of a third generation university. The theoretical and practical importance of the subject on the one hand and the  lack of  infrastructure studies in third generation universities in the country have led to a fundamental study in the design of a third generation native university model. Methods: In this study, a mixed method based approach was used. In the first step, the content analysis method was used to analyze specialized interviews, and in the second step, a final model was presented using structural-interpretive method. Data analysis was performed in qualitative phase with MAXQDA software and in quantitative phase with MICMAC software. The statistical population of this study includes experts of Islamic Azad University of Medical Sciences who were selected by purposeful sampling. The data collection tool was interview and questionnaire. To achieve the research objectives, a set of applied indicators were identified by analyzing interviews with experts. Result: The main themes of this research are fundraising, innovation, technological entrepreneurship management and professors' entrepreneurial approach. Then, these factors were analyzed using interpretive-structural modeling techniques, and eventually the relationship and sequence of indices were obtained. Due to the leveling of the final model of the third generation university was designed in Islamic Azad University of Medical Sciences. Conclusion: Based on this pattern, entrepreneurial organizational culture is at the heart of the model. To achieve the ultimate goals of the model, emphasis must be placed on the general level of Students entrepreneurial skills and activities, Students theoretical skills, entrepreneurial knowledge of professors, the culture of accepting new ideas and projects, the realization of knowledge-based development and commercialization of science, and the establishment of knowledge-based companies..
