عنوان فارسی ارزیابی اثرات احداث بزرگراه خرم‌زال بر مسائل اقتصادی اجتماعی روستائیان جنگل نشین (بررسی موردی: روستای قلعه ‌نصیر، استان لرستان)
چکیده فارسی مقاله راه و توجه به حمل‌ونقل جاده‌ای از مهم‌ترین نیازهای روستاییان است که به­عنوان یکی از زیرساخت‌های مهم در توسعه یک منطقه محسوب می‌شود، بدون شک روستاها با توسعه راه‌های ارتباطی و به­خصوص ایجاد بزرگراه‌ها، از امکانات بهتر و بیش‌تری برخوردار شده و معضلات و مشکلات آن‌ها نیز کاهش می‌یابد. در این پژوهش، مهم‌ترین پیامدها و عوامل تأثیرگذار بزرگراه خرم­زال بر وضعیت جنگل‌نشینان با استفاده از روش تجزیه‌وتحلیل SWOT تدوین شد. به این منظور ابتدا با استفاده ازنظر کارشناسان امر نقاط قوت، ضعف، فرصت و تهدید احداث بزرگراه جمع‌آوری‌شده و با استفاده از روش SWOT مشخص شد که منطقه در وضعیت استراتژی رقابتی قرارگرفته و می‌توان با استفاده از نقاط قوت، اثرات نقاط تهدید پیش‌رو را تا حدی کنترل نمود. نتایج حاصل از این پژوهش نشان داد که تسهیل در عبور و مرور (وزن نهایی فاکتور= 04/245) مهم‌ترین عامل تأثیرگذار و قوت بر وضعیت جنگل‌نشینان است. تخریب پوشش جنگلی منطقه (وزن نهایی فاکتور= 09/192) و کاهش سطح جنگل‌ها (وزن نهایی فاکتور= 8/176) و جذب گردشگر (وزن نهایی فاکتور= 2/103) به ترتیب مهم‌ترین نقاط ضعف، تهدید و فرصت گزارش می‌شوند. ازنظر توسعه­ یافتگی می­توان بیان داشت که منطقه موردبررسی علی‌رغم برخورداری از شبکه جاده ضعیف و ساده (α= -0.25 β= 0.5) از خدمات بالایی برخوردار بوده است.

عنوان انگلیسی Evaluating the Effect of Khoramzal Highway Construction on Socioeconomic Issues of Forest-Based Rural Households (Case study: Ghaleh Naseer Village, Lorestan Province)
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Road transportation is one of the most important needs of villagers, which is considered as one of the important infrastructures in the development of a region. Undoubtedly villages are better equipped with the development of communication routes, especially highways, and their problems and problems are reduced. In this research, the most important consequences and factors affecting the Khoramzal highway on the condition of foresters was using SWOT analysis method. To this purpose, using the experts' opinion, the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of highway construction were gathered using the SWOT method, and it was determined that the region is in a competitive strategy and can use the strengths to identify the effects of the leading threat points. The results of this study showed that facilitating traffic (the final weight of the factor =245.04) is the most important factor affecting the condition of foresters. Destruction of forest cover of the area (final weight of the factor=192.09) and decreasing of forests (final weight of factor=176.8) and attracting tourists (final weight of factor=103.2) are the most important weaknesses, threats and opportunities. Regarding the development of the study area, despite having a weak and simple road network (α = -0.25 β = 0.5), it has high services.
