عنوان فارسی بررسی تأثیر آموزش حین ترخیص بر مهارت اجتماعی بیماران مبتلا به اسکیزوفرنی
چکیده فارسی مقاله مقدمه: بیماری اسکیزوفرنیایکی از شدیدترین بیماریهای مزمن روانپزشکی است که همه ابعاد جسمی، روانی و رفتاری بیمار را تحت تأثیر قرار می‌دهد. پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی تاثیرارائه آموزش حین ترخیص برمهارت اجتماعی بیماران مبتلا به اسکیزوفرنیا انجام شد. روش کار: مطالعه حاضر نیمه تجربی و جامعه مورد بررسی بیماران مرکز جامع روانپزشکی استان یزد بود. در این مطالعه بیماران (در دو گروه آزمون و کنترل و هر گروه 32 نفر) مبتلا به اسکیزوفرنی بستری در مرکز جامع روانپزشکی استان یزد در سال 1393 انتخاب و بررسی شدند. برای گروه آزمون علاوه بر اقدامات روتین بخش، برنامه ترخیص به مدت 6 ساعت در بیمارستان اجرا شد و برای گروه شاهد برنامه روتین بخش اجرا گردید. مهارت اجتماعی هر دو گروه قبل از مداخله و همچنینیک ماه پس از ترخیص با استفاده از پرسشنامه مهارت اجتماعی اندازه گیری شد. تجزیه وتحلیل آماری به وسیله آزمونهای آماری تی زوجی و تی مستقل در نرم افزار SPSS16 تحلیل شد. یافته‌ها: یافته‌ها نشان داد میانگین و انحراف معیار نمره مهارت ارتباطی بیماران در گروه آزمون قبل و بعد از مداخله به ترتیب 31/18 ± 53/124 و 2/17 ± 55/107 بود و آزمون تی زوجی اختلاف معناداری در جهت بهبود مهارت ارتباطی در گروه آزمون نشان داد (001/0 = P) میانگین و انحراف معیار نمره مهارت ارتباطی بیماران در گروه کنترل قبل و بعد از مداخله به ترتیب 11/14 ± 23/104 و 14/13 ± 22/102 بود و آزمون تی زوجی اختلاف معناداری در جهت کاهش مهارت ارتباطی در گروه کنترل نشان داد (001/0 = P). نتیجه گیری: افزایش مهارت اجتماعی از مزایای آموزش حین ترخیص می‌باشد که بر اکثریت ابعاد مهارت اجتماعی از جمله مهارت کلامی و غیر کلامی، مهارت ارتباط با بیماران، ارتباط با پرسنل بخش، رفتار مرتبط با ابراز وجود و رفتار اجتماعی عمومی تأثیر گزار می‌باشد و با توجه به سیر مزمن بیماری اسکیزوفرنی اهمیت بسزایی دارد.

عنوان انگلیسی The Effect of Education during Discharge on Social Skill in Patients with Schizophrenia
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Introduction: Schizophrenia is one of the most severe chronic mental disorders, which affecting all aspects of the patient's physical, psychological, and behavioral dimensions. This study aimed at the effect of education during discharge on social skills in patients with schizophrenia. Methods: The present study was experimental, and the research community is of the patients at the Comprehensive Psychiatric Center of Yazd Province, Iran. In this study, the patients (two experimental and control groups, n = 32 in each group) with schizophrenia were admitted to the Comprehensive Psychiatric Center of Yazd Province. For the experimental group, in addition to routine programs, the discharge program was performed for 6 hours in the hospital, and a regular schedule was presented for the control group. The social skills were measured with the inventory in both groups before the intervention and one month after discharge. Statistical analysis was performed using SPSS 16 software. Results: Results showed that the mean and standard deviation of patients' communication skills score in the experimental group were before and after the intervention were 107.55 ± 17.21and 124.53 ± 18.31. The paired t-test showed a significant difference in improving communication skills in the test group (P = 0.001). Mean and standard deviation of patients' communication skills score in the control group before and after intervention were 105.23 ± 11.14 and 102.22 ± 13.14, respectively. The paired t-test showed a significant difference in decreasing communication skills in the control group (P = 0.001). Conclusions: Increasing social skills is one of the benefits of intrauterine education that affects many aspects of social skills including verbal and nonverbal skills, communication skills with patients, communication with ward staff, self-reported behavior, and general social behavior And due to the chronic course of schizophrenia, it is essential.
