عنوان فارسی بررسی اثر عوامل مختلف بر روی کیفیت روغن پایه تولیدی در کارخانجات تصفیه دوم
چکیده فارسی مقاله تفاوت عمده آن دسته از روانکارهایی که از برش نفتی (Petroleum fraction) حاصل می‌شوند با محصولات کارخانجات پالایش دوم، در کیفیت رنگ این محصولات می‌باشد که می‌‌توان آنرا از جمله مشکلات بارز این فراورده ها به شمار آورد. در این مقاله تغییرات قابل اجرا برروی خط تولید کارخانجات پالایش روغن‌های کارکرده به منظور بهبود کیفیت رنگ محصولات نهایی مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است. روشی که در صنعت پالایش روغن‌های کارکرده به کار گرفته می شود، روش Acid wash و خنثی‌‌سازی آن و در نهایت عمل روشن‌سازی رنگ محصول توسط ترکیبات جاذب سطحی همچون بنتونت می‌باشد که بسته به کیفیت کار صورت گرفته درهربخش،رنگ محصولات این کارخانجات طبق اندازه‌گیری LOVIBONDاز2 تا 5/4 متغیر می‌باشد. در این تحقیق مراحل مختلف در خط تولید مورد بررسی قرار گرفت و عوامل موثر بر کیفیت فراورده، شناسایی شد. از بین آنها عواملی که بالاترین درصد تأثیرگذاری را از طریق آزمون‌های صورت گرفته برروی نمونه داشتند انتخاب و میزان تاثیر آنها بررسی شد. از جمله این موارد بررسی تغییرات دما در برج تقطیر، مقدار اسید مصرفی، دمای شستشوی اسیدی، تغییر میزان ماده رنگبر و دمای مخازن رنگبری بود . به منظور اطمینان از کیفیت محصول به دست آمده خواص فیزیکی، شیمیایی محصول مورد بررسی دقیق قرار گرفت. گرانروی، شاخص گرانروی ، نقطه اشتعال (Flash point) و نقطه ریزش از جمله خواص مورد بررسی بودند.

چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Difference in color is a major source of distinction between the lubricants extracted directly from the lubecuts and those manufactured in the reclaim units.The mentioned difference can be regarded as one of the main problesm for these products.In order to imporve the color quality of final product, possible modifications in the reclamation method have been investigated. Th effort has been described in this paper. Acid wash, followed by neutralization and a final discoloration using surface active agents such as bentonite,is the method which has been used,and depending on the quality of what has been done,the level of clearness of the product could therefore vary between 2 to 4.5 on the LOVIBOND scale. In this research, different processes in production line has been investigated and the dominant parameters on the product quality, has been indentified. Among these, the factors which have the maximum effectiveness on the samples, have been chosen. Temperature variation in the distillation tower, the amount of acid used, the acid wash temperature, the amount of surface active agents, the discoloration temperature and temperature required for discoloring reservoirs, were among the studied parameters. In order to make sure about the quality of the obtained product, the physical and chemical properties of the product have been taken under the precise consideration. Viscosity index, flash point, and fall-out point are among the properties which have been studied
