عنوان فارسی تنظیم یک مدل تعادل عمومی پویای تصادفی (DSGE) برای اقتصاد باز کوچک صادرکننده نفت: مورد مطالعه ایران
چکیده فارسی مقاله در این مقاله درچارچوب مکتب کینزی جدید، یک مدل تعادل عمومی پویای تصادفی برای اقتصاد باز کوچک صادرکننده، متناسب با ساختار اقتصاد ایران، تصریح و برآورد شده است. با استفاده از نتایج حاصل از شبیه­سازی مدل با بهره­گیری از پارامترهای برآوردی، آثار تکانه‌های پولی، بودجه دولت و همچنین شوک های نفتی و مکانیزم‌­های اثرگذاری آنها مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است. نتایج حاکی از آن است که حدود 40 درصد از افزایش رشد پایه پولی به تورم تبدیل می­شود. سیاست­های مالی دولت، به دلیل تحریک تقاضای کل، منجر به افزایش تورم وتولید می­شود ولی شدت و میزان تأثیرگذاری بودجه عمرانی و جاری یکسان نیست،آثار بودجه عمرانی به طول وقفه اجرای پروژه­های عمرانی بستگی دارد. درخصوص شوک درآمدهای ارزی حاصل از صادرات نفتی، به دلیل وابستگی ساختار اقتصاد ایران به درآمدهای نفتی، شوک­های نفتی تمام متغیرهای کلان اقتصادی را- چه در بخش دولتی و چه در بخش خصوصی - تحت تأثیر قرار می­دهد. درخصوص شوک ارزی، گرچه عملیات اقتصادی با استفاده ازارز در بازار آزاد در مقایسه با عملیات اقتصادی با استفاده از نرخ ارز رسمی کمتر است، ولی به دلیل آثار انتظاری در کنار آثار واقعی آن، این شوک نیز متغیرهای اقتصادی را بسیار متأثر می­کند. جزئیات و میزان دقیق آثار هر کدام از شوک­ها در متن مقاله ارائه شده است.

چکیده انگلیسی مقاله In this paper we specify and estimate a dynamic stochastic general equilibrium (DSGE) model for an oil exporting and small open economy in accordance with the structure of the Iranian economy. The paper aims to examine the effects and also the mechanism of monetary, fiscal, oil export revenues and foreign exchange shocks on real and nominal macroeconomic variables. Our simulation results show that about 40 percent of any monetary base growth leads to inflation. Fiscal policy stimulates aggregate demand and increases inflation as well. But, the intensity and the amount of influence of current and development budget is not the same, the effect of development budget depends on the length of delays in implementation of state projects. Most of the macroeconomic variables are affected as a result of an oil shock due to dependency of Iran's economy on petro dollars. Although most of the economic operation use official exchange rate, parallel exchange rate affects significantly on the real and nominal variables due to private sector expectations. The details and the exact amount of effects of each shocks is presented in the full text of the paper.
