عنوان فارسی تحلیل مؤلفه‌های اثرگذار بر مشارکت شهروندان در ادارۀ امور شهرها نمونۀ موردی: مناطق هشت‌گانۀ شهر اهواز
چکیده فارسی مقاله مشارکت از مصادیق کُنش اجتماعی است و تمامی احکام و عوارض آن را نیز داراست. کنش اجتماعی عبارت از همۀ حالات فکری، احساسی و رفتاری که جهت‌گیری آن‌ها بر اساس الگوی جمعی ساخت­یابی شده‌اند. هدف از انجام این پژوهش، تحلیل مؤلفه‌های اثرگذار بر مشارکت شهروندان در ادارۀ امور شهری کلان­شهر اهواز است. جامعۀ آماری پژوهش را کلیه مناطق هشت‌گانۀ شهر اهواز تشکیل می­دهد که با استفاده از فرمول کوکران 384 نفر به ‌عنوان حجم نمونه برای تکمیل پرسش­نامه انتخاب شدند. برای تحلیل داده­ها از نرم­افزار SPSS استفاده شد. نمونه‌گیری نیز متناسب با حجم در مناطق هشت‌گانۀ شهر اهواز تعیین گردید. یافته‌ها حاکی از آن است که بیشترین و کمترین میزان مشارکت بین مناطق 3 و 1 به‌ترتیب با میانگین 72/15 و 71/9 در 9 مؤلفه بوده است. نتایج ضریب همبستگی پیرسون نشان داد که بین سن پاسخگویان و میزان مشارکت آنان با سطح همبستگی (211/0) اختلاف معنی­داری وجود دارد، اما با آزمون من وتنی رابطۀ بین جنسیت و میزان مشارکت رد شد. آزمون رگرسیون خطی ساده نیز نشان داد که پایگاه اقتصادی- اجتماعی به‌عنوان متغیر مستقل تأثیر زیادی بر متغیر وابسته (مشارکت) دارد؛ همچنین این آزمون با سطح اطمینان 95 درصد فرض این­که هر چه رضایت اجتماعی شهروندان بیشتر باشد، مشارکت آنان افزایش می­یابد، تأیید کرد. تحلیل واریانس یک طرفه نیز گویای آن است که افزایش آگاهی شهروندان، مشارکت بیشتر آنان را به­دنبال دارد؛ همچنین آزمون همبستگی کندال نشان داد که بین اعتماد اجتماعی و مشارکت رابطۀ معنی­داری وجود دارد و در پایان مدل تحلیل مسیر، حاصل نرم­افزار AMOS معنی­داری تمام مؤلفه­ها را به جز مؤلفۀ جنسیت تأیید می‌کند.

چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Participation is an example of social action and all of its sentences and complications, and social action is all mental states, emotions, and behaviors that are structured according to a collective model. Citizen participation in the affairs of one of the oldest Participation that due to the complexity and variety of aspects Modern life and the urban environment, need to explain the relations of the three vertices of the triangle, activities and places that in For defining appropriate and correct implementation, urban residents from passive to active urban turns.The aim of this study was to analyze the factors affecting the participation of citizens in the government of the metropolitan city of Ahvaz. Population study all eight areas of Ahwaz are using Cochran formula 384 were selected as the sample size to complete the questionnaire. SPSS software was used for data analysis. The proportional sampling in eight areas of Ahwaz were determined. The results showed that the highest and lowest rates of participation between regions 3 and 1, respectively, with an average of 72/15 and 71/9 in the 9 components. Therefore, the results showed that the age of the respondents and the Pearson correlation with the level of participation (211/0) there is a significant difference between gender and addition Mann denies involvement.
