عنوان انگلیسی A Holistic View on Medical Infrastructures Resilience Before and After COVID-19
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Large-scale events such COVID-19 showed that there is situation that can lead to huge stress on medical infrastructures systems (MIS). It reveals that it is very difficult to protect MIS from all kinds of possible hazards. Consider the trend of these types of virus such as N1H1, SARS, Ebola these types of hazard can be more frequent and extreme in future. They can be unpredictable and speared rapidly, and hence hard to find an effective mitigation strategy to completely protect the society and its important MIS. Therefore, a central question often being raised is what we should do if we cannot protect the MIS from these types of hazards. To answer these questions, the focus should move from MIS protection to MIS resilience. Our experience with COVID-19 revealed, there is no a general agreement on how MIS resilience should be measures, assessed and appropriately enhanced. This paper will discuss how the resilience concept will help decision and policy maker to have a clear view on MIS performance before, during and after disaster. Thereafter, it uses an easy to use and applicable methodology for MIS assessment and evaluation. Thereafter, its application illustrated by a real case study.
