عنوان فارسی ارایه مدل بهینه پیش‌بینی، تعیین و هدایت نیازهای آموزشی مهارتی معلولین در استان مازندران
چکیده فارسی مقاله پژوهش حاضر از لحاظ نوع هدف، کاربردی و از نظر نوع روش، توصیفی پیمایشی بود. در این تحقیق از سه جامعه آماری استفاده شده است. جامعه آماری اول کلیه کارشناسان و مربیان اداره کل آموزش فنی و حرفه‌ای استان مازندران شامل 237 نفر(نمونه 150 نفر با روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی طبقه‌ای)، جامعه آماری دوم کلیه معلولان آموزش­پذیر استان مازندران که تعداد 42831 نفر (نمونه 384 نفر با روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی طبقه‌ای) و حجم نمونه سوم 10 نفر به‌صورت هدفمند از کارشناسان اشتغال سازمان بهزیستی استان مازندران بود. در این پژوهش برای جمع­آوری اطلاعات از روش‌های کتابخانه­ای و پرسشنامه­ای و مصاحبه استفاده شد. پرسشنامه ویژه مربیان سازمان فنی و حرفه‌ای (9 سوال) و پرسشنامه ویژه معلولین (26 سؤال) و فرم مصاحبه از کارشناسان بخش اشتغال بهزیستی استان مازندران بوده است. روش‌های تجزیه و تحلیل داده­ها بر اساس آمار توصیفی (شاخص‌های فراوانی و گرایش مرکزی) و استنباطی (آزمون t تک گروهی، آزمون دوجمله­ای و آزمون فریدمن) صورت گرفت. نتایج تحقیق نشان داد که وضعیت موجود مراکز آموزشی از نظر شاخص‌های مورد بررسی مناسب نیست. از نظر معلولان (ذهنی و جسمی و حرکتی)، در برنامه‌ریزی تعیین رشته‌های آموزشی باید به مواردی چون استفاده از فضای فیزیکی مناسب برای آموزش، نیازسنجی آموزش‌های مهارتی ویژه معلولین، مشاوره‌های شغلی برای معلولین توجه کرد. همچنین نتایج مصاحبه‌های شغلی نشان می‌دهد که برای معلولان کم‌بینا، کم‌شنوا و جسمی و حرکتی می‌توان نیازهای آموزشی مهارتی ویژه‌ای را تعیین کرد. با توجه به یافته‌های این پژوهش ایجاد و تجهیز مرکز آموزشی مهارتی ویژه معلولین را با همکاری بخش خصوصی پیش‌بینی می­گردد.

عنوان انگلیسی Provide an Optimal Model for Predicting, Determining and Managing the Disabled Educational Needs in Mazandaran Province
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Abstract The present study was applied in terms of target type, and in terms of type of method, descriptive survey. In this research, three statistical societies have been used. The first statistical population of all experts and trainers of the General Directorate of Technical and Vocational Education in Mazandaran province was 237 people (sample of 150 people by stratified random sampling method). The second statistical population of Mazandaran province was Teachers' Disabled, 42831 (384 people sampled by sampling method). Stratified random sampling method) and the third sample size was 10 people who were purposefully employed by the welfare experts of Mazandaran province. In this research, library methods, questionnaires and interviews were used to collect information. Special questionnaire for vocational trainers (9 items) and the special questionnaire for disabled (26 items) and interview forms from experts in the welfare employment sector of Mazandaran province. Data analysis methods were performed based on descriptive statistics (frequency indices and central orientation) and inferential (t-test, t-test, binomial test and Friedman test). The results of the research showed that the status of the educational centers is not suitable for the indicators. From the point of view of the disabled (mental, physical, and motor), planning for the determination of the field of study should focus on such issues as the use of appropriate physical space for education, the need for skills training for disabled people, and job counseling for the disabled. Also, the results of job interviews indicate that special skills can be identified for disabled, hearing impaired and physically and mentally handicapped people. According to the findings of this research, the creation and equipping of a specially trained specialist training center for disabled people is foreseen in cooperation with the private sector.
