عنوان فارسی تأثیر سطوح متفاوت پودر دارچین (Cinnamomum verum) بر عملکرد، فراسنجه‌های خونی و وزن اندام‌های داخلی جوجه‌های گوشتی
چکیده فارسی مقاله هدف از این تحقیق، مطالعه افزودن پودر دارچین در جیره بر عمل­کرد تولیدی، فراسنجه­های خونی و وزن اندام­های داخلی جوجه­های گوشتی بود. به این منظور تعداد 225 قطعه جوجه گوشتی نر سویه راس 308 در قالب یک طرح کاملاً تصادفی با پنج تیمار و سه تکرار (15 جوجه در هر تکرار) به ­مدت 42 روز مورد آزمایش قرار گرفتند. تیمارها شامل: 1) جیره شاهد (جیره پایه بدون افزودنی)، 2) جیره پایه+1/0 درصد پودر دارچین، 3) جیره پایه+2/0 درصد پودر دارچین، 4) جیره پایه+3/0 درصد پودر دارچین، 5) جیره پایه+5/0 درصد پودر دارچین بود. نتایج نشان داد که پودر دارچین، هیچ تأثیر معنی­داری روی کلسترول، تری­گلیسرید، درصد وزن سکوم و پانکراس نداشت (05/0P>). در حالی­که افزودن پودر دارچین اثرات معنی­داری را روی گلوکز، LDL، AST، ALT، TBA و درصد وزن برخی از اجزای داخلی لاشه مانند کبد و چربی محوطه بطنی ایجاد کرد (05/0P<). طبق نتایج، بیش­ترین عدد TBA مربوط به تیمار شاهد و کم­ترین نیز مربوط به تیمار 4 بوده است. هم­چنین، بیش­ترین و کم­ترین سطح گلوکز خون به­ترتیب متعلق به تیمارهای 5/0 درصد و شاهد بود و بیش­ترین سطح LDL و AST و کم­ترین سطح ALT نیز متعلق به تیمار 3/0 درصد پودر دارچین بود. علاوه بر این، با افزودن این گیاه داروئی به جیره عملکرد جوجه­های گوشتی از یک تا 42 روزگی تحت تأثیر قرار گرفت (05/0P<)، به گونه­ای که در 42 روزگی بیش­ترین ضریب تبدیل و کم­ترین افزایش وزن مربوط به تیمار 5/0 درصد پودر دارچین بود. با توجه به این­که عملکرد جوجه­های گوشتی در 42 روزگی در گروه­های دریافت کننده افزودنی نسبت به گروه شاهد کاهش معنی­داری را متحمل شد، لذا افزودن پودر دارچین در مقادیر مذکور برای جوجه­های گوشتی باید با احتیاط صورت پذیرد.

عنوان انگلیسی The Impacts of Different Levels of Cinnamon Powder (Cinnamomum veru) on Performance, Blood Metabolites and Inner Organs Weight of Broilers
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله The purpose of this research was to study the addition of cinnamon powder in diet, on productive performance, blood metabolites and inner organs weight of broiler chickens. Therefore, an experiment was carried out with two hundred and twenty five male broiler chicks Ross 308 in form of a completely randomized design with 5 treatments and three replicates during 42 days. Treatments were involving: 1- control group (basal diet without any additive), 2- basal diet plus 0.1 % cinnamon powder, 3- basal diet plus 0.2 % cinnamon powder, 4- basal diet plus 0.3 % cinnamon powder, 5- basal diet plus 0.5 % cinnamon powder. The results of this research showed that cinnamon powder has no significant effect on the blood cholesterol, triglyceride and caecum levels plus percentage of pancreas weight (P>0.05). Whereas, addition of cinnamon powder induced significant effects on the glucose, LDL, AST, ALT, TBA and some of the inner organs weight percent such as liver and abdominal fat (P< 0.05). According to the results, the highest TBA number was related to control treatment and the lowest was also related to treatment 4. Moreover, the highest and the lowest glucose level were belong to 0.5 % and control groups respectively, and the highest LDL and AST levels and the lowest ALT levels were also belong to 0.3 % cinnamon powder treatment. Furthermore, according to addition of this medicine herb into diet was affected the broilers performance from 1 to 42 days old (P< 0.05), so that, at 42 days old the highest feed conversion ratio and the lowest weight gain were related to 0.5 % treatment. In respecting on the 42 days, the broilers performance was decreased through additive received groups than control group, as a result addition of cinnamon powder in aforementioned levels should be have caution in broiler chicks.
