عنوان فارسی بررسی ارتباط سابقه کار و رعایت استانداردهای تزریقات عضلانی و پانسمان در چند بیمارستان منتخب اصفهان
چکیده فارسی مقاله سابقه و هدف: در زمینه اجرای کارهای درمانی یکی از اصلی ترین کارها که در اکثر بخش های درمانی کاربرد فراوان دارد، امور تزریقات و پانسمان می باشد. از آنجایی که این امور در حیطه روانی حرکتی قرار داشته و با گذشت زمان و رسیدن به سطح عادی شدن عمل، تغییراتی در اجرای آنها ایجاد می گردد، در تحقیق حاضر ارتباط سابقه کار و رعایت استانداردهای تزریقات عضلانی و پانسمان در بخش های مختلف چند بیمارستان منتخب شهر اصفهان بررسی شد. روش بررسی: پژوهش حاضر ازنوع تحلیلی-مقطعی، بدون جهت و یک سو کور از نظر فرد مشاهده شونده بود. با استفاده از منابع مختلف، چک لیست هایی جهت بررسی رعایت موارد تزریقات عضلانی و پانسمان تهیه گردید و بعد از تایید روایی و پایایی با روش نمونه گیری اتفاقی 38 مورد تزریقات عضلانی و 31 مورد پانسمان، بدون اطلاع دادن به فرد انجام دهنده مورد مشاهده قرار گرفت. بعد از تکمیل چک لیست، جهت رعایت ملاحظات اخلاقی، موضوع به اطلاع فرد رسانده شد. در صورت رضایت، پرسش نامه اطلاعات دموگرافیک نیز تکمیل می گردید. یافته ها: زنان متاهل، اکثر افراد مورد مطالعه را تشکیل می دادند. در بررسی تزریقات عضلانی، بیشتر افراد در گروه سنی 31-29 سال با سابقه کار 19-10 سال و در بررسی پانسمان اکثر آنها در گروه سنی 30- 22 سال با سابقه کار 9-1 سال بودند. بین سابقه کار و رعایت استانداردهای تزریقات عضلانی ارتباط آماری معنی داری وجود نداشت، در حالی که ارتباط معنی داری برای رعایت استانداردهای پانسمان مشاهده شد (02/?=P) بیشترین موارد انجام تزریقات عضلانی و پانسمان با رعایت استاندارد در حد متوسط انجام گرفت (به ترتیب 2/55 و 5/51 درصد). نتیجه گیری: سابقه کار با رعایت استانداردهای پانسمان در ارتباط بود، در حالی که با رعایت استانداردهای تزریقات عضلانی ارتباط آماری معنی داری نداشت.

عنوان انگلیسی Association of the background experience of nurses and their consideration for the standards of muscular injections and dressing in some selective hospitals in Esfahan
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Background: In the domain of performing care and cure affaires, one of the basic principles in most health centers is the muscle injections and dressing. As a psychomotor domain, after years and reaching the normality level of muscle injections and dressing, alterations may occur in the performance. So we attempted to investigate the relation between the background experience of the hospital staff and their consideration about the standards of muscle injections and dressing in different wards of selective hospitals in Esfahan. Materials and methods: In this analytic cross-sectional study, data were obtained through different checklists to observe the importance of considering the standards of muscle injections and dressing, after certifying the validity and reliability. By random sampling, 38 cases of muscle injection and 31 cases of dressing were observed without notifying the practitioner. After completing the checklists, they were informed because of moral considerations then those who agreed to take part in the research, the demographic questionnaire was also completed and obtained data were analyzed by SPSS software. Results: Most cases were married women aged 29-31 for muscular injections and 22-30 for dressing. The nurses who did muscular injections had 10-19 years work experience and who did dressing had 1- 9 years work experience. There was no significant association between the experience and considering the standards of muscle injections (NS), whereas this relation for considering the dressing standards were significant (p=0.02). Most cases with considering the importance of standards of muscle injections and dressing did the care at medium degree (%55.2 and %51.5, respectively). Conclusion: professional experience was correlated with considering the dressing standards, while it showed no significant association with muscular injection.
