عنوان فارسی امکان‌سنجی تحول مفاهیم در تألیفات اندیشمندان ایرانی رشتۀ روابط بین‌الملل
چکیده فارسی مقاله این مقاله به بررسی وضعیت تحول مفاهیم بر مبنای ذخیرۀ واژگانی و مفهومی نظریۀ روابط بین‌الملل در بین دانشمندان ایرانی رشتۀ روابط بین‌الملل می‌پردازد. با درنظرگرفتن روش پژوهش کیفی، این سؤال طرح می‌شود که آیا دانش‌پژوه ایرانی رشتۀ روابط بین‌الملل در تحول مفاهیم و نگرش مفهومی جدید با اتکا به پس‌زمینۀ ایرانی- اسلامی توانسته نقشی داشته باشد؟ بر همین مبنا با امکان‌سنجی فرضیۀ وجود تحول مفاهیم توسط اندیشمندان این رشته در ایران و مصداق‌هایی که در شرایط فعلی در تألیفات و پژوهش‌ها موجود است، به این نتیجه می‌رسد که مطالب و تألیفاتی در این خصوص وجود داشته که به دلیل پراکندگی مفهومی و عدم ارائۀ روند متدولوژیک واحد، می‌توان این مکتوبات را در حوزه‌های هستی‌شناسی و معرفت‌شناسی جستجو کرد؛ بر همین اساس، نگاه هستی‌شناختی اسلامی به مفاهیم نظریۀ روابط بین‌الملل توسط برخی از پژوهشگران و نگاه مفهوم‌شناسانه به برخی موضوعات نظیر منافع ملی، مسئلۀ هویت وغیریت، همچنین نسبت بین اخلاق و منفعت، از مهمترین وجوه تغییرات مفهومی در نظریۀ ایرانی- اسلامی روابط بین‌الملل محسوب می‌شود. در ادامه با آوردن نظریات مختلفی که به لحاظ مفهومی و بعضاَ هستی‌شناسانه مطرح شده است، دلایل عدم انعکاس چنین دیدگاه‌هایی در سطح بین‌المللی به چالش کشیده شده و چرایی‌ها و چگونگی این فرآیند بررسی خواهد شد. نتیجۀ پایانی بحث، تلاش در جهت اجماعی پژوهشی در میان دانشمندان ایرانی رشتۀ روابط بین‌الملل و ضرورت ارائۀ روندی تدولوژیک، آنتولوژیک و اپیستمولوژیک به رهیافت ایرانی روابط بین‌الملل در آینده خواهد بود.

عنوان انگلیسی Feasibility Study of the Development of Concepts in Writings of the Iranian Scholars of International Relations
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله This article examines the evolution of the concepts based on stored lexical and conceptual items of the theories of International Relations among Iranian scientists in the field of IR. Considering qualitative research method, the main question that this paper poses is as to whether Iranian scholars in International Relations could contribute to the development of the concepts and new conceptual approaches by relying on the Iranian-Islamic background? Focusing on the question and feasibility study of the hypothesis of the development of the concepts by the scholars of IR in Iran and the implications that are in their current writings and research works, it could be concluded that there are some writings and materials available in the field. However, they could rather be found in the ontological and epistemological domains due to the lack of conceptual cohesion and an appropriate unified methodological trend. Accordingly, the Islamic ontological consideration of the concepts of the theory of IR as well as conceptual perspective by some scholars on certain issues like national interests, identity and the relationship between the ethic and profit are the most important aspects of the conceptual change in the Iranian-Islamic theory of IR. Consequently, some of the theories which are ontologically and conceptually projected are taken into account and challenged because of their failure to be recognized at the international level, while examining the causes and reasons of this trend. Eventually, this paper tries to establish consensus among Iranian scholars on the need for presenting an Iranian International Relations approach with a valid ontological and epistemological basis as well as a methodological trend.
