عنوان فارسی بررسی اثر لایه‌ای کردن با گونه صنوبر بر ویژگی کیفیت سطح تخته‌خرده‌چوب
چکیده فارسی مقاله در این پژوهش تأثیر تکنیک لایه‌ای کردن تخته‌خرده‌چوب با استفاده از چوب صنوبر، بر کیفیت سطح مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. عوامل متغیر شامل: تفاوت در نوع خرده‌های چوب لایه سطحی (جنگلی و صنوبر)، مقدار رزین (8 و 10 درصد) و زمان پرس (4 و 5 دقیقه) بوده است. ویژگی مورد بررسی در این پژوهش زبری سطح تخته‌خرده‌چوب سه‌لایه بوده است، که در واقع نشان‌دهنده وضعیت پروفیل ناهمواری در سطح می‌باشد و در بسیاری از کاربردها دارای اهمیت است. نتایج نشان داد که حضور خرده‌چوب صنوبر در لایه‌های سطحی، به‌طور معنی‌داری سبب بهبود ویژگی کیفیت سطح تخته‌ها می‌گردد. اثر زمان ‌پرس بر کیفیت سطح تخته‌ها به‌طور معکوس، معنی‌دار بوده است، به‌طوری‌که افزایش زمان ‌پرس موجب کاهش صافی سطح گردید. از طرفی با افزایش مقدار رزین از 8 به 10 درصد در لایه‌های سطحی، همه عامل‌های بیان‌کننده کیفیت سطح تخته به‌طور قابل ملاحظه‌ای بهبود یافتند. لازم به ذکر است که نمونه‌های ساخته شده بار 8 درصد چسب در لایه سطحی، دارای صافی سطح بالاتر از مقادیر ارایه شده در استاندارد مربوط به ‌این ‌گونه تخته‌ها بوده‌اند و اختلاف معنی‌داری بین تخته‌های یاد شده و تخته‌های ساخته شده با 10 درصد چسب و سطوح دارای خرده‌چوب صنوبر وجود ندارد. در نهایت می‌توان گفت که تخته‌های ساخته شده با خرده‌چوب صنوبر و 8 درصد رزین در لایه سطحی و زمان‌ پرس 4 دقیقه به‌عنوان بهترین تیمار از نظر دست‌یابی به کیفیت سطح مطلوب شناخته شدند.

عنوان انگلیسی Effect of Layering Technique on Surface Roughness of Particleboard
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله In this workresearch, the effects of layering technique effect of on the surface quality of particleboards made with with poplar particles on surface quality were as evaluated. In sample preparation, three the variable factors of experiment were consisted of used including difference between type of surface layer particles (poplar and industrial), resin content (8 and 10% percent), and press time (4 and 5 minutes). The property that was studied in this research was surface roughness. In fact, theseis factors demonstrateing situation of smoothness profile in particleboard surface layers and it is very important in many applications. Results showed that poplar particles presence in surface layer of the panels, ledcause to improvement of surface quality, significantly. The effete of press time on surface quality of boards was inversely significant. With increasing press time increasing, the surface roughness was decreased. In other hand, with increasing resin content from 8 to 10% percent in surface layers, all of the properties, especially surface quality were improved. It should be noted that, manufactured boards with 8% percent resin had higher surface quality than values have been provided in the relevant standard, and there was no significant difference between boards made of poplar in surface with 8 and 10% percent resin content. Finally, to obtain high physical and mechanical properties and efficiency, application of poplar particles in the surface layers along with, using of 8% resin content andand 4 minutes for press time was found to have as the best results in terms of physical and mechanical propertiescondition.
