عنوان فارسی نقش میانجی تعارضات زناشویی در رابطه ی بین باورهای ارتباطی، اختلالات هیجانی، ارتباطات زناشویی با رضایت زناشویی زنان دارای همسر معتاد
چکیده فارسی مقاله هدف: این پژوهش با هدف بررسی نقش میانجی تعارضات زناشویی در رابطه ی بین باورهای ارتباطی، اختلالات هیجانی، ارتباطات زناشویی با رضایت زناشویی زنان دارای همسر معتاد اجرا گردید. روش :روش پژوهش توصیفی و از نوع همبستگی بود. بدین منظور، تعداد 100 نفر از زنان دارای همسر معتاد مراجعه‌کننده کلینیک¬های ترک اعتیاد و کمپ های درمانی ترک اعتیاد و سازمان¬های مردم نهاد مربوطه در سطح شهر اصفهان در سال 1397، به صورت نمونه‌گیری در دسترس انتخاب و به پرسشنامه¬های باورهای ارتباطی، اختلالات هیجانی، ارتباطات زناشویی، تعارضات زناشویی و رضایت زناشویی پاسخ دادند. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها، از spss23 و نرم افزار PLS استفاده گردید. یافته‌ها: نتایج، حاکی از تأثیر غیر مستقیم باورهای ارتباطی، اختلالات هیجانی و ارتباطات زناشویی بر رضایت زناشویی بود. لذا تعارض زناشویی در رابطه بین باورهای ارتباطی، اختلالات هیجانی، ارتباطات زناشویی با رضایت زناشویی از نقش میانجی برخوردار بود. نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به نتایج به دست آمده، متخصصین حوزه¬ی اعتیاد می¬توانند با کاهش اختلالات هیجانی و تأکید بر افزایش توانمندی های مرتبط با باورهای ارتباطی و ارتباطات زناشویی میزان تعارضات زناشویی را کاهش و به دنبال آن رضایت زناشویی آنها را افزایش دهند.

عنوان انگلیسی The Mediating Role of Marital Conflicts in the Relationship between Communication Beliefs, Emotional Disorders, Marital Relationships, and Marital Satisfaction of women with addicted Spouses
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله  The purpose of this study was to investigate the mediating role of marital conflicts in the relationship between communication beliefs, emotional disorders, marital relations with marital satisfaction of addicted women with addicted spouses. Method: The research method was descriptive and correlational. For this purpose, 100 women with addicted spouses referring to addiction treatment clinics and drug addiction treatment camps and NGOs in Isfahan city in year 2018 were selected based on the inclusion and exclusion criteria, Available selections and they responded to the questionnaires of marital satisfaction, communication beliefs, emotional disorders, marital communication and marital conflict. Data were analyzed by SPSS23 and PLS software was used to investigate the structural relationship. Results: The results showed that the indirect effect of communication beliefs on marital satisfaction was significant And therefore, marital conflict mediates the relationship between communication beliefs and marital satisfaction. The results also show that indirect effect of emotional disorders on marital satisfaction is also significant and therefore marital conflict mediates the relationship between emotional disorders and marital satisfaction. Conclusion: According to the results, adiction specialists can reduce the level of marital conflict and subsequently increase marital satisfaction by reducing emotional disorders and emphasizing the enhancement of abilities related to communication beliefs and marital relations.
