عنوان فارسی رشد اخلاقی؛ اصول و روش‌های آن از نظر افلاطون
چکیده فارسی مقاله این مقاله دیدگاه افلاطون را درباره رشد اخلاقی تحلیل و بررسی می‌کند. اگرچه نخستین تحقیق علمی درباره رشد اخلاقی و پیوند آن با رشد عقلانی را روان‌شناسان دوران معاصر انجام دادند، اما به گواهی تاریخ، مفهوم رشد اخلاقی و ارتباط آن با رشد عقلانی را نخستین بار افلاطون طرح کرد. در حالی که روان‌شناسان با نگاهی توصیفی به بیان چگونگی پیشرفت ذهنی و قضاوت‌های اخلاقی انسان و ارتباط آنها با یکدیگر پرداخته‌اند، افلاطون به مثابه فیلسوفی فضیلت‌گرا با نگاهی هنجاری به تبیین نظریه خویش درباره رشد اخلاقی و معرفتی پرداخته، رشد اخلاقی را حاصل رشد همه‌جانبه ابعاد وجودی انسان تلقی می‌کند. وی با توجه به محوریت فضایل در نظریه‌اش، می‌کوشد با استفاده از روش‌های مبتنی بر تلقین، عادت، تقلید از الگوها و نقل حکایات پندآموز در مراحل نازل تربیتی، منش فردی را ارتقا دهد و در مراحل عالی‌تر به رشد قدرت تفکر و بصیرت از طریق آموزش ریاضیات و دیالکتیک بپردازد، به گونه‌ای که فرد قادر به تشخیص درست و نادرست و عمل به آن باشد. این مقاله درصدد است ماهیت رشد اخلاقی را از نظر افلاطون بر اساس نظریه اخلاقی و معرفتی‌اش بررسی کند و سپس به تبیین مهم‌ترین اصول، مبانی فلسفی، عوامل و روش‌های مهم تربیتی وی بپردازد.

چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Zahra Khaza'I, Nasrin Ramadan The present paper reviews and analyzes Plato's view on moral development. Although contemporary psychologists conducted the first scientific research on moral development and its relationship with intellectual development, historical evidence shows that it was Plato who first discussed the concept of moral development and its relationship with intellectual development. As a virtue-oriented philosopher, Plata explains his theory about moral and epistemic development through a normative perspective and regards moral development as the result of multilateral development of man's existential dimensions, while psychologists descriptively discuss about the way of mind development, man's moral judgments and their interrelationships. Considering virtues as the thrust of his theory, Plato tries to promote personal character by using the methods which are based on suggestion, habit, imitating models and narrating exemplary narrations in low stages of education, and deal with the development of the power of thinking and vision through teaching mathematics and dialectic in higher stages, so that an individual will be capable to differentiate correct from incorrect and actualize the correct. The present paper seeks to study the nature of moral development in Plato's view based on his moral and epistemic theory, and elaborate on the most important philosophical foundations, principles, factors and methods of his educational method.
