عنوان فارسی تحلیل موضوعی و ترسیم نقشه علمی مقالات مرتبط با حوزه درمان افسردگی در پاب‌مد ‏
چکیده فارسی مقاله مقدمه: پژوهش­های مختلفی در مناطق مختلف جهان انجام شده که در آن­ها به شکل خاص به موضوع درمان افسردگی پرداخته شده است. بررسی و تحلیل روابط بین اصطلاحات به کار گرفته در عنوان این مقالات می­تواند اطلاعات مفیدی در اختیار پژوهشگران قرار دهد. لذا، هدف این پژوهش ترسیم نقشه علمی این حوزه در پایگاه پاب مد می­باشد. روش کار: پژوهش حاضر با رویکرد علم‌سنجی و با استفاده از تحلیل هم‌رخدادی واژگان و تکنیک تحلیل شبکه­ای به بررسی و شناسایی روابط مفهومی میان مقالات حوزه‌ افسردگی پرداخته است. 6197 مقاله مرتبط با درمان افسردگی در پاب‌مد در بازه زمانی 2005 تا 2014 با استفاده از نرم افزارهای راور ماتریس، یو‌سی‌آی‌نت و نت‌دراو تحلیل گردیده است. یافته‌ها: یافته­های پژوهش نشان داد که فعال‌ترین زمینه پژوهشی در این حوزه شامل دارو درمانی، روان‌شناسی، عوامل ضدافسردگی و نتیجه درمان می­باشد. همچنین براساس نقشه‌های ترسیم ‌شده با استفاده از شاخص‌های مرکزیت نزدیکی و بینابینی بیشترین ارزش به زمینه‌های موضوعی «روانشناسی، دارو درمانی، عوامل ضد‌افسردگی» اختصاص دارد. نتیجه گیری: نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که زمینه‌های موضوعی «پایبندی به درمان» و «افکار خودکشی» مهم­ترین زمینه‌های نوظهور در این حوزه می­باشند. همچنین نتایج نشان می­دهد که نقشه‌هایی علمی حاصل از هم واژگانی کاربران و سیاستگذاران بهتر می‌توانند از وضعیت پژوهشی و موضوعی یک رشته آگاهی یابند و برنامه ریزی مناسب به منظور افزایش کمی و کیفی تولیدات علمی در این حوزه داشته‌باشند.

چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Introduction: A considerable amount of research is conducted in the area of depression therapy from all over the world. Exploration of the relationships between title keywords of the papers provides helpful information for researchers. The aim of this paper is to draw up scientific maps for this research area in PubMed. Method: This research is conducted based on scientometrics approaches. It uses the techniques of co-word analysis and social network analysis to identify conceptual relationship between papers related to the field of depression therapy. Using Ravar Matrix, Ucinet and Netdraw software packages, 6,172 papers related to the treatment of depression in PubMed were analyzed during the period from 2005 to 2014. Findings: The subject areas of Medication adherence and Suicidal ideation were identified as the most prevalent new and emerging topics in this field. Results of Closeness and Between Centrality indicators, revealed that the greatest value is related to the topics of »Psychology, Drug Therapy, and Anti-depressive Agents«. Conclusion: According to the findings, Drug Therapy, Psychology, Anti-depressive agents, and Treatment outcome are the most active research areas. Scientific maps help users and policy makers get a better understanding of the structure of a research area, explore the research status of a field and make plans to improve the quality and quantity of scientific products.
