عنوان فارسی تحلیل تطبیقی تحولات نظری و تجربی توسعه صنعتی در جهان به منظور تعیین ویژگی های توسعه صنعتی مطلوب
چکیده فارسی مقاله هدف این مقاله، تحلیل تطبیقی تحولات نظری و تجربی توسعه صنعتی در جهان به منظور تعیین ویژگی های توسعه صنعتی مطلوب است. در این راستا با استفاده از روش تحقیق کیفی از نوع تاریخی و با مطالعه کتابخانه­ای، ابتدا تحولات تجربی مرتبط با صنعت و توسعه صنعتی مورد بررسی قرار گرفته و سپس در مورد روند تحولات نظری در همین ارتباط بحث شده است. نتایج نشان می­دهد که بهترین رویه­های توسعه صنعتی در مناطق، رویه­هایی هستند که اولاً بتوانند صنایعی تقاضامحور، انعطاف پذیر، رقابت پذیر، دانش محور و نوآورانه را برای مناطق به همراه آورند و ثانیاً نیازی به دخالت مستقیم دولتی نداشته و به گونه­ای مردم نهاد شکل گرفته و توسعه یابد. در همین ارتباط از بین راهبردهای توسعه صنعتی می­توان به راهبرد توسعه صنایع کوچک و متوسط و خوشه­های صنعتی به عنوان نمود فضایی چنین توسعه­ای از صنایع، به عنوان یکی از راهبردها با ویژگی های فوق الذکر اشاره داشت. لذا پیشنهاد می­گردد راهبردهای متناظر با توسعه صنعتی با ویژگی های مذکور از جمله توسعه خوشه­های صنعتی در دستور کار قرار گرفته و محیط نهادی مرتبط با آن فراهم گردد.

عنوان انگلیسی Comparative Analysis of the Theoretical and Empirical of Industrial Revolution in the World in Order to Determine the Characteristics of Desirable Industrial Development
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله The purpose of this paper is to provide a comparative analysis of the theoretical and empirical industrial revolution in the world in order to determine the characteristics of desirable industrial development. In this regard, using a qualitative research method of historical type and library study, the empirical developments related to industry and industrial development were first reviewed and then discussed about the process of theoretical developments in this connection. The results show that the best practices of industrial development in the regions are procedures that, firstly, can provide demanding, flexible, competitive, knowledge-based, and innovative industries for the regions, and secondly, there is no need for direct government involvement. It is shaped and developed by the people. In this connection, among the strategies of industrial development, one can refer to the strategy of development of small and medium enterprises (SMEs) and industrial clusters as the spatial representation of such development. Therefore, it is suggested that the corresponding strategies for industrial development with the mentioned characteristics, including the development of industrial clusters, should be put in place and the related institutional environment should be provided.
