عنوان فارسی اثر محیط فیزیکی بر تمیزی اتاق عمل: مطالعه مروری
چکیده فارسی مقاله مقدمه: حفظ میزان تمیزی در محیط بیمارستان‌ها و فضاهای درمانی، از اهمیت ویژه‌ای برخوردار است؛ به گونه‌ای که می‌تواند منجر به کاهش عفونت بیمارستانی و حفظ و ارتقای سلامت بیماران و کارکنان شود. با توجه به کمبود تحقیقات صورت گرفته در زمینه برقراری ارتباط بین ویژگی‌های محیطی و فضای فیزیکی ساخته شده با کنترل عفونت‌ها در فضاهای درمانی، مطالعه حاضر با هدف بررسی تمیزی اتاق عمل با استفاده از ویژگی‌های فیزیکی فضا انجام شد و به تدوین راهکارهایی برای تعریف ویژگی‌های اتاق عمل با در نظرگرفتن تأثیر این ویژگی‌ها بر میزان تمیزی آن پرداخت.روش‌ها: این پژوهش از نوع مروری سیستماتیک بود که در سال 1396 انجام گردید و کلید واژه‌های «اتاق عمل، اتاق تمیز، ویژگی‌های محیط فیزیکی و کنترل عفونت و عفونت بیمارستانی» در پایگاه‌های اطلاعاتی ISI، PubMed، ScienceDirect، SID، CIVILICA، Irandoc و Magiran و سازمان‌هایی مانند World Health Organization (WHO)، مرکز کنترل و پیشگیری از بیماری‌ها (Center for Disease Control and Prevention یا CDC)، American Institute of Architects (AIA)، American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE) و International Health Facility Guidelines (IHFG) مورد جستجو قرار گرفت. پژوهش‌های انجام شده داخلی و خارجی در بازه زمانی سال‌های 2000 تا 2016 به دو زبان فارسی و انگلیسی مورد نظر بود.یافته‌ها: عواملی همچون تسهیلات شستشو و بهداشت دست، مشخص کردن فرایند و گردش کار، تعیین و تفکیک حوزه‌های عملکردی، تهویه مطبوع و مصالح نهایی مورد استفاده در سطوح، در میزان تمیزی اتاق عمل نقشی حیاتی را ایفا می‌کند.نتیجه‌گیری: توجه به عوامل محیطی مؤثر در تمیزی فضاهای درمانی از ابتدای فرایند طراحی به منظور کاهش عفونت‌های بیمارستانی، ضروری به نظر می‌رسد.

چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Background: Maintaining cleanliness in the environment of hospitals and medical spaces is of special importance, as it can reduce hospital infection and maintain and improve the health of patients and staff. Given the paucity of studies about the relationship of environmental features and physical spaces with the control of infections in medical settings, the present research aimed to study the cleanliness of operating rooms using physical features of the space and develop solutions for defining the operating room features considering the effects of these features on their cleanliness.Methods: The present research was a systematic review which was conducted in 2017 through searching the keywords such as operating room, clean room, features of the physical environment, infection control, and hospital infection in ISI, PubMed, ScienceDirect, SID, CIVILICA, Irandoc, and Magiran scientific databases and the website of organizations such as World Health Organization (WHO), Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), American Institute of Architects (AIA), American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE), and International Health Facility Guidelines (IHFG). Domestic and foreign articles published in the period of 2000-2016 in both Persian and English languages were considered.Findings: Factors such as the facilities for washing and hand sanitation, identification of the process and workflow, determination and separation of functional areas, air conditioning, and final materials used at different surfaces play a vital role in the cleanliness of operating rooms.Conclusion: Environmental factors which affect the cleanliness of medical spaces are necessary to be taken into account from the beginning of the design process in order to reduce hospital infections.
