عنوان فارسی اثر گیاهان دارویی بر درمان اختلالات جنسی: یک مرور نقلی
چکیده فارسی مقاله مقدمه: یکی از مهم‌ترین عوامل مؤثر بر پایداری زندگی زناشویی، سلامت جنسی است که بر کیفیت زندگی انسان‌ها اثرگذار است، لذا ضرورت اتخاذ تدابیر مناسب جهت حفظ سلامت جنسی و پیشگیری و درمان اختلالات جنسی حائز اهمیت است. بنابراین مطالعه حاضر با هدف مروری بر اثر گیاهان دارویی در درمان اختلالات جنسی انجام شد. روش‌کار: در این مطالعه مرور نقلی جهت یافتن مقالات مرتبط، واژگان کلیدی مرتبط در پایگاه‌های اطلاعاتی PubMed، Scopus، Web of Science، SID، Magiran، Embase و Google Scholar تا مارس 2020 بدون اعمال محدودیت زمانی جستجو شدند. در مورد هر گیاه از مقالات کارآزمایی بالینی و مروری منتخب منتشر شده به زبان انگلیسی یا فارسی که متن کامل آنها موجود بود، استفاده شد. یافته‌ها: مطالعه مروری حاضر، پس از بررسی اولیه 717 مقاله و در انتها 75 مقاله مورد بررسی نهایی قرار گرفت. بر اساس نتایج این مطالعه، اثرات گیاهان بر اختلالات جنسی متفاوت است. برخی گیاهان مانند گل سرخ عمدتاً باعث کاهش دیسپارونی، ایجاد ارگاسم، افزایش میل جنسی و برخی مانند زنجبیل باعث بهبود اختلالات نعوظ و رضایت جنسی می‌شوند. برخی نیز مانند خارخاسک با افزایش تعداد و کیفیت اسپرم و نیز افزایش هورمون تستوسترون، در کاهش اختلالات جنسی مؤثر هستند. نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج این مطالعه نشان داد که به‌کارگیری گیاهان مناسب، می‌تواند جهت درمان اختلالات جنسی اثرگذار باشد، هر چند نیاز به مطالعات بیشتری در این زمینه وجود دارد.

عنوان انگلیسی The effect of medicinal plants in the treatment of sexual disorders: A narrative Review
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Introduction: One of the most important factors affecting the stability of marital life is sexual health, which affects the human's quality of life. Therefore, it is important to take appropriate measures to maintain sexual health and prevent and treat the sexual disorders. This study was performed with aim to review the effect of medicinal plants in the treatment of sexual disorders. Methods: To find the related articles in this narrative review study, the related keywords were searched in the databases of PubMed, Scopus, Web of Science, SID, Magiran, Embaseand Google Scholar until March 2020 without time limitation. For each plant, the selected clinical trials and reviews with full text and published in English or Persian were used. Results: In the present review study, after an initial review of 717 articles, finally 75 articles were reviewed.According to the findings of this study, the effects of plants on sexual disorders are different. Some plants like as Rose reduce dyspareunia, create orgasm and increase libido and some plants such as Ginger improve erectile dysfunction and sexual satisfaction. Some plants like as Tribulus are effective in reducing sexual dysfunction by increasing the number and quality of sperm as well as the increasing testosterone hormone. Conclusion: The findings of this study showed that the use of appropriate plants can be effective in treating sexual disorders; however, more studies in this field are needed.
