عنوان فارسی بررسی سطح آگاهی و عملکرد همراهان در زمینه اقدامات اوّلیه در مواجهه با بیماران مبتلا به سندروم حادّ کرونری
چکیده فارسی مقاله سابقه و هدف: چگونگی عملکرد همراهان بیمار در سندروم حادّ کرونری در دقایق اوّلیه بروز علائم نقش مهمّی در پیش‌آگهی بیماری و مرگ‌ومیر ناشی از آن دارد. هدف از این مطالعه تعیین آگاهی و عملکرد همراهان از اقدامات اوّلیه و عوامل مرتبط با آن در مبتلایان به سندروم حادّ کرونری مراجعه‌کننده به بیمارستان شهید بهشتی کاشان در سال 99 بود. مواد و روش‌ها: در یک مطالعه مقطعی، 400 نفر از همراهان بیماران با سندروم حادّ کرونری مراجعه‌کننده به بیمارستان شهید بهشتی کاشان در سال 1399، به روش نمونه‌گیری مستمر انتخاب شدند. اطلاعات مربوط به سطح آگاهی و نحوه عملکرد همراهان در دقایق اوّلیه بروز سندروم، با استفاده از پرسشنامه‌های محقق‌ساخته جمع‌آوری گردید. داده‌های جمع‌آوری‌شده با استفاده از آزمون‌های آماری کای‌اسکوئر، دقیق فیشر و ضریب همبستگی پیرسون تحلیل شد. نتایج: نتایج نشان داد میانگین سنّ نمونه‌های مورد بررسی 67/11±42/40 سال بود. اکثر همراهان مورد مطالعه زن (9/62 درصد)، خانه‌دار (7/52 درصد) و از اقوام درجه یک بیمار (5/93 درصد) بودند. تحصیلات اکثر آن‌ها (5/40 درصد) زیر دیپلم بود و بیشتر در محدوده شهری (1/89 درصد) زندگی می‌کردند. میزان آگاهی اکثر همراهان شرکت‌کننده در این مطالعه در سطح خوب (3/54% درصد) بود، اما سطح عملکرد بیشتر آن‌ها در حدّ نامطلوب (1/36 درصد) بود. بین آگاهی و عملکرد، رابطه معنی‌دار بود (143/0r=) (005/0=P). همچنین بین آگاهی و عملکرد همراهان با سن و سطح تحصیلات‌شان ارتباط معنی‌دار مشاهده شد. نتیجه‌گیری: علی‌رغم آگاهی خوب نمونه‌ها، عملکرد بیشتر آن‌ها در مواجهه با بیماران نامطلوب بود.

عنوان انگلیسی A survey on the knowledge and performance of patients' companions about primary measures in patients with acute coronary syndrome
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Background: Patient's companions in the early minutes of symptoms plays an important role in the prognosis of the disease and its mortality in acute coronary syndrome. This study aimed to determine the knowledge and performance of patients' companions about primary measures in patients with acute coronary syndrome referred to Kashan Shahid Beheshti Hospital in 2020. Materials and Methods: This cross-sectional study was conducted on 400 companions of patients with acute coronary syndrome referred to Shahid Beheshti Hospital in Kashan in 2020 who were selected by continuous sampling method. Level of knowledge and performance of the companions was collected using researcher-made questionnaires with the guidance of the researcher. The collected data were analyzed using Chi-Square and Exacta Fisher and Pearson Correlation Coefficients tests. Results: The results showed that average age of the samples was 40.42±11.67 years. Most of the studied companions were female (62.9%), housewives (52.7%) and first-degree relatives (93.5%). Most of them (40.5%) were under diploma and mostly lived in urban areas (89.1%). Knowledge of most of the participants in the study about the necessary initial measures in the face of patients with acute coronary syndrome at a good level (54.3%) ,but performance level was undesirable (36.1%). There was a significant relationship between knowledge and performance of the companions (r=0.043) (P=0.005). Also, there was a significant relationship between knowledge and performance of the companions with their age and educational level. Conclusion: Despite the good knowledge level of the studied units, their performance in dealing with patients was at an undesirable level.
