عنوان فارسی بررسی کاربردپذیری سیستم اطلاعات اورژانس با استفاده از روش ارزیابی اکتشافی
چکیده فارسی مقاله مقدمه: نظر به اهمیت حیاتی فعالیت­های بخش اورژانس در نجات جان انسان­ها، سیستم­های اطلاعاتی این بخش باید فاقد مشکلات کاربردپذیری باشد تا از بروز هر گونه خطا توسط آن‌ها جلوگیری شود. برای سنجش این خصوصیت از روش­های ارزیابی کاربردپذیری استفاده می­شود. روش ارزیابی اکتشافی از جمله این روش­هاست که با صرف زمان، هزینه و منابع کمی، مشکلات کاربردپذیری را شناسایی می­نماید. هدف این پژوهش ارزیابی کاربردپذیری زیرسیستم پذیرش اورژانس HIS ( Hospital Information System ) دانشگاه علوم پزشکی مشهد بود. روش کار: سه نفر ارزیاب آموزش دیده به طور مستقل زیرسیستم مربوطه را با استفاده از اصول دهگانه نیلسن، ارزیابی و درجه شدت مشکلات را تعیین نمودند. در نهایت از ترکیب مشکلات یافت شده توسط ارزیابان مستقل، یک لیست واحد تهیه شده و میانگین درجه شدت آن‌ها محاسبه گردید. یافته ­ها: در مجموع 163 مشکل کاربردپذیری شناسایی شدند. کمترین میزان رعایت اصول ارزیابی اکتشافی مربوط به ویژگی «پیشگیری از خطا»، به میزان سه درصد و بیشترین آن مربوط به ویژگی «همسانی و استانداردها»، به میزان 27 درصد بود. میانگین درجه شدت مشکلات از 3 . 2 (مسئله کوچک) مربوط به ویژگی «وضوح وضعیت سیستم» تا 9 . 2 (مسئله بزرگ) مربوط به ویژگی «کمک به کاربران در شناسایی و اصلاح خطا» بود. نتیجه ­گیری: روش ارزیابی اکتشافی را می‌توان برای شناسایی تعداد زیادی از مشکلات کاربردپذیری نرم­افزارهای کاربردی حوزه سلامت به­کار برد. این نوع مشکلات، در صورت مرتفع نشدن، باعث اتلاف زمان کاربران و بیماران، افزایش خطا، کاهش کیفیت اطلاعات و به طور کلی تهدید سلامت بیماران خواهند گردید.

عنوان انگلیسی Usability Evaluation of an Emergency Information System: A Heuristic Evaluation
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Introduction : Owing to t he critical importance of emergency department activities in saving lives, information systems of this department should be free of fault to prevent the incidence of errors. Usability evaluation methods are used to assess this quality measure. Heuristic evaluation is one of the methods which identifies usability problems with minimum amount of time, cost and resources. The objective of this research was to evaluate the usability of emergency department admission subsystem of health information systems in Mashhad University of Medical Sciences . Methods: Using Nielsen’s 10 usability principles, three trained evaluators, independent of each other, evaluated the corresponding subsystem and determined the severity of identified problems. All the problems, identified by independent evaluators, were collected in a single list and the mean severity of each problem was calculated. Results: A total of 163 usability problems were identified. The lowest mismatch with usability principles was related to “error prevention” (3 %) and the highest was related to “consistency and standards” (27 %). The average severity of problems varied from 2.3 (minor problem) concerning “system's visibility” to 2.9 (major problem) concerning “help users recognize, diagnose, and recover from errors”. Conclusion: Heuristic Evaluation can be used to identify a high number of usability problems related to health information applications in health care systems. If remain unsolved, these problems may waste users’ and patients’ time, increase errors, reduce data quality, and in general, threaten patient’s safety.
