عنوان فارسی وضعیت تغذیه‌ای بیماران همودیالیزی مراجعه‌کننده به بیمارستان امام رضا(ع) کرمانشاه در سال ۱۳۹۸
چکیده فارسی مقاله زمینه و هدف: وضعیت تغذیه‌ای نامناسب یکی از مشکلات شایع در بیماران همودیالیزی می‌باشد و با افزایش مرگ و میر در این بیماران ارتباط دارد. لذا مطالعه حاضر با هدف تعیین وضعیت تغذیه‌ای بیماران همودیالیزی مراجعه‌کننده به بیمارستان امام رضا(ع) کرمانشاه در سال 1398 انجام گرفت. مواد و روش‌ها: این مطالعه توصیفی بر روی 114 بیمار همودیالیزی انجام گرفت. ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها در این پژوهش فرم اطلاعات جمعیت‌شناختی و پرسش‌نامه بسامد خوراک (Food frequency questionnaire; FFQ) بود. این پرسش‌نامه‌ها در یک مرحله در بخش همودیالیز بیمارستان امام رضا(ع) کرمانشاه به کار گرفته شدند. داده‌ها با استفاده از آزمون‌های ناپارامتریک Mann-Whitney، Kruskal-Wallis و مجذور کای مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفتند.  یافته‌ها: از مجموع 114 بیمار تحت همودیالیز، 65 نفر (02/57 درصد) مرد و 49 نفر (98/42 درصد) آن‌ها زن بودند. میانگین و انحراف‌معیار سن بیماران 98/13±05/58 سال بود. میانه مصرف نان و غلات، گوشت و حبوبات، میوه و سبزیجات، چربی و روغن و لبنیات با افزایش سن بیماران کاهش پیدا کرد (001/0>p). بیمارانی که سه‌بار در هفته دیالیز می‌شدند، میانه مصرف نان و غلات، گوشت و حبوبات، لبنیات و میوه و سبزیجات بیش‌تر (001/0>p)، اما ترشی‌ها و چاشنی‌های کم‌تری نسبت به بیمارانی که دوبار در هفته دیالیز انجام می‌دادند، مصرف می‌کردند (001/0>p). نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج این مطالعه نشان داد که در بیماران همودیالیزی، میزان مصرف نان و غلات، میوه و سبزیجات، کم‌تر از مقدار استاندارد و اما میزان مصرف لبنیات، ترشی و چاشنی‌ها بیش‌تر از مقدار استاندارد می‌باشد که می‌تواند مورد توجه سیاست‌گذاران و متخصصان در این زمینه قرار گیرد. واژه‌های کلیدی: وضعیت تغذیه، همودیالیز، کرمانشاه، ایران

عنوان انگلیسی Nutritional Status of Hemodialysis Patients Referred to Imam Reza Hospital of Kermanshah in 2019: A Descriptive Study
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Background and Objectives: Inadequate nutritional status is one of the most common problems in hemodialysis patients and is associated with increased mortality in these patients. Therefore, the present study was performed to determine the nutritional status of hemodialysis patients referred to Imam Reza Hospital in Kermanshah in 2019. Materials and Methods: This descriptive study was performed on 114 hemodialysis patients. Demographic information form and food frequency questionnaire (FFQ) were used for data collection. The questionnaires were applied in one stage in hemodialysis ward of Imam Reza Hospital in Kermanshah. Data were analyzed using non-parametric Mann-Whitney U, Kruskal-Wallis H, and chi-square tests. Results: Out of 114 patients undergoing hemodialysis, 65 (57.02%) were male and 49 (42.98%) were female. Mean and standard deviation of patients' age were 58.05± 13.98 years. The median consumption of bread and cereals, meat and beans, fruits and vegetables, fat and oil, and dairy products decreased with the increase of patients' age (p˂0.001). Patients who underwent dialysis three times a week consumed more bread and cereals, meat and legumes, dairy products, and fruits and vegetables (p< 0.001), but consumed less pickles and condiments than patients who underwent dialysis twice a week (p˂0.001). Conclusion: The results of this study showed that in hemodialysis patients the consumption of bread and cereals and fruits and vegetables is less than the standard amount, but the consumption of dairy products, pickles, and condiments is more than the standard amount, which can be considered by policy makers and experts in this field.
